Welcome to the Hunger Games RP! This takes place two years before Katniss and Peeta's Games and will kick off with the characters getting their names drawn. Here are the rules:

Don't be super OP, characters are bound to die sooner or later. To determine whether your character dies or not, flip a coin. You can do that IRL or at this site: http://justflipacoin.com/ (Just Flip A Coin). This can also be used to determine whether a pool of water your character stumbles across is stagnant or not, as just one of the many possible scenarios that you could be in.
If you read this, put the word insanity in your form.
No Mary Sues.
You can't force hit.
Control the two tributes from your district(I'd rather not have twenty-four RPers, that could get even more confusing than twelve)
Use correct grammar at all times!
Keep it semi-cannon. No flaming suits, District 12! Don't try to steal from Cinna! ;D

Skills(What are they good at? Ex: Katniss's bow shooting skills): Very good at thinking on his feet, skilled at building and using technology, fast. Not very good in a straight-up fight, however
Other: No female was chosen this year, owing to a problem with the ballot

Other: Due to having no female heratsheo volunteered as tribute (not the best idea cause that's a one way ticket to death)

Appearance: Shaved military style head, Sage tee shirt, and camo pants with 4 pockets on the sides. Often has a satchel at his side to carry extra items.
Skills: He is considered highly trained in not only self defense but a large scale of weaponry. But his most noticeable trait is his skill with blades and sharp objects, he has been on his own in the woods before surviving himself as he often made blades out of sticks adding in a spear for range. He is a very keen strategist making sure plans go well and back ups just in case. He dreams oh the old days of survival where strength can go so far. Victory is with the one who plans around the opponent.
Weakness: Despites having a harsh tone, and showing no mercy to anyone he does have a soft spot for children and often will decide to leave them alone rather then face them at all if he has the choice.
Other: Father died, then the mother hitting him the hardest. A soldier at heart.

Gender: Female
Age: 20
Appearance: A short hair tom boy girl with a tank top, and blue jeans. She often travels light especially in clothing preferring to use any heavy cloth for blankets so she can keep warm.
Skills: She's amazing in hatchets but can be pretty skilled with a bow if needed, she likes to find new and creative ways to take down opponents though she admits killing isn't always her best options. She will usually stalk someone until they are at they're weakest before driving them down. She's best at hunting and very aggressive in dangerous situations.
other: She has no parents deciding to only do what she can for what family she does have. Loves cute things.
