Invent a Move

If you could invent a move that could be used by pokemon, what would it be?

Be specific, what type of move is it, what pokemon can use it, what is the power, how many times can it be used, what effects does it enduce, what does it do in a contest match?

I haven't thought of one yet, I'll post one later.

Dampen: A move that lowers the power of Fire type moves and prevents Explosion and Selfdestruct from being use and can only be used when Rain Dance is in effect. When Rain Dance ends this move ends as well.

OK, I got one:

Full Iron Impact- It would have a power of 100 but can only be used 5 times. It would have a 50% chance of paralyzing the opponent, and can be taught or learned by Scizor, Steelix, Aggron, and Metagross. In a contest it would be a tough +4 move, but would put you last for the next turn.

I think that's good.
