Is It Me Or Is Shinbora A Fusion Sprite

Right now i just want to point out somthing and explain it via spriting you know Shinbora, to me he looks like a fusion, heres how in steps
Step One, The Pokemon

Step Two, The Body

Step Three, The Arms

Step Four, The Head

Step Five, The Wings

Step Six, The Tail (Sorry i forgot to put this pokemon (Kyogre) in the first one)

Step Seven, Touching Up

Step Eight, Recouler

And Here Is My Finally.........

Not My Best Sprite Ever But It Proves My Point
