Ask to Join Journey through Kalos

Aster and Malle sat at the top of Prism tower, legs dangling off the side. They were enjoying Lumiouse City their way. Malle walked over to Aster and sat on her lap, it was the start of their journey. They had come in a car to Lumiouse City and from here on they would be on their own. All there training with Grant had allowed them to be able to climb Prism Tower. Aster unzipped her bag and brought out 2 sandwiches, Aster hands one to Malle and then bit greedily into her own. "What should we do next Malle?" Aster asked.

"(No clue...) Purr Purrloin" Malle replied.

Fletcher said his final goodbye to Emma. "I will really miss you," Fletcher told Emma. "I will miss you too," Emma replied. Fletcher then hugged Emma. That took Emma by surprise. Fletcher then waved as he left the Ally way. Em watched the Ally get farther and farther away from him. Emma and Mimi were the only friends they have ever had apart from each other. "This will likely mean we will travel alone," Fletcher thought. Fletcher then walked to Prisim Tower to try challenge Clemont.

Aster watched the people down below go by, she could see people with Fennekin, Froakie and Chespin. There were sometimes people with Pokemon she'd never seen before. Malle was taking the last bite out of her sandwich when it slipped from her hand and fell down towards the people. Aster held her breath, praying it wouldn't hit anybody. Malle just laughed hysterically.

Fletcher arrived at Prism Tower. He was about to enter when something fell onto him. "Good thing I had my hoodie on," Fletcher told himself. Fletcher than grabbed the object. It was a sandwhich from the sky? He looked up and saw a Girl and a purple cat pokemon laughing like it needed to laugh to survive. Fletcher than decided to go to the top of Prism Tower to ask because he wasn't sure if it was an accident or they purposely dropped it.

Aster tensed as she saw the sandwich hit somebody, then she started to laugh. She stood up and walked down the stairs, she needed to apologise. Malle reluctantly got up and followed Aster. When Aster got to the bottom she saw the boy the sandwich dropped on, "I'm Sorry, my Purrloin accidently dropped that. Please forgive us." She said.

"Purr Pirrloin" Malle said, she felt guilty now too.

A frog-like Pokémon stood in a tree that was near the Prism Tower; gazing the surroundings around him with his big eyes. His large mane of soft bubbles around his small body cuddled around him; protecting him from the elements and keeping himself clean. His bubbled nose scented the fresh air thar greeted him, as he quietly said to himself after seeing someone at the bottom of the Tower, "Froakie, Fro?" He stayed quiet, as he knew that some of the Pokémon Nurses here could be looking for him. He took an analytical observation at the person he saw; noticing a Purrloin that was also with her.

He climbed down the tree with ease, as he noticed a woman in an apron and pink hair standing by him with a stern look. He nervously smiled at the woman, as he sheepishly said, "Froakie.... Fro..."

The woman replied, "Sorry Froakie, but excuses can't really get you out of going back to the Pokémon Center. Now just stay still so I can take you back for your other medicine."

The Froakie saw the woman attempting to grab him, as he quickly hopped away from her! He replied in a unnerved tone, "F- Fro Froakie..."

The woman said to him while walking towards him, "Okay little Froakie, we can do this the easy way, or the hard way. Which do you perfer; because I'm seeing you're wanting the hard way as usual."

The Froakie hopped towards the girl with her Purrloin, as he said in a frightened tone, "Froakie........ F... r... o... akie..." His body tensed up and trembled with his anxiety, as he knew that he was going to be in for his worst fear: medicine! He sniveled at the woman; his eyes were watery like a forming pond.

Sam raced through the streets of Lumiose with Shawn by his side. "Bui, bui!" Shawn shouted surrounding himself in an Aqua Jet and racing ahead of Sam. "Wait up bud!" Sam shouted. Sam raced ahead and Shawn spun around which in turn caused him to headbutt a tree. A tree that held a small froakie. The tree shook, and Sam got closer. "Slow down Shawn."

The Froakie was still on the tree, as he was only on one of its lower branches. He felt the sheer force that came from the Buizel's headbutt! He fell from the tree's violent shaking, as he quickly puffed out his frubbles to cushion himself from the fall. He angrily said to the Buizel in response to him headbutting the tree he was on, "Froakie! Fro!" He quickly got up and used his frubbles to conceal his face, as he saw the woman walking closer to him.

His anger quickly reverted back to fear after he noticed the woman slowly getting closer and closer. He emitted a timid cry at the woman, as he saw her holding a Poké Ball that nodded at him. There was a brown leather bag that rested on her shoulder; there was also a red cross and a small picture of a syringe embroidered with pristine effort.

He saw a Pokémon coming out of the Poké Ball, as his body shook in terror after noticing that it was more than triple his size. He took in rather unusual, deep breaths; noticing the Pokémon's big, blue eyes staring down at him with a stern look. The Pokémon's long, rabbit ears softly moved along with the gentle breeze, while her pinkish body was lighter in shade than the woman's hair. The Pokémon said to him in an unsmiling tone, "Wiggly... Tuff!"

He swiftly backed away from the Pokémon, as his irises dilated in response to his desperate flight. He attempted to find the easiest way to flee from the woman after his instincts kicked in. He knew that she would be taking him to the nearby Pokémon Center; should he be caught from her or the other Pokémon. He quickly ran past the boy that got closer to the tree; trying to not draw any unwanted attention to himself.

"Oh, it's okay," Fletcher said. He felt guilty for thinking they were troublemakers. He looked at his surroundings. He saw a Taxi dropping someone off at Prisim Tower and a smaller taxi dropping people off to other locations. Fletcher noticed trainers, Big and small, entering Prism Tower. Fletcher watched as a Buizel run in too a tree. He spotted an Odd blue pokemon hiding in the tree. It looked as if it was possibly in danger. Fletcher went to investigate.

Aster noticed it too, so she picked up Malle and went to investigate with the boy. When she got there, Nurse Joy seemed to be attacking the poor froakie. "Hey! Leave him alone!" Aster cried as Nurse Joy got ready to attack.

"(Are you Okay?) Purrloin Purr?" Malle asked the Froakie.

"Em, get ready, to help," Fletcher said to Em who was hiding in his bag. Em popped out of the bag.

"Ess Espurr, (You look like you've been through a lot,)" Em said to the Froakie. Fletcher watched Nurse Joy vigilantly, Waiting to tell Em to attack.

(OOC: Since Nurse Joys are normally NPCs, they can be freely controlled by anyone as long as someone else isn't controlling them at the moment. It might be a bit chaotic to have multiple people control them at once haha.)

BIC:

The Froakie looked over at the other trainers and Pokémon that came over, as his urge to flee became stronger. He saw a nearby bush that looked rather big for him, as an idea immediately hatched in his head. He quickly hopped over towards the bush; trying to move away from the Nurse as quick as he could.

Meanwhile, the Nurse turned around towards a girl with the Purrloin that she heard, as she replied, "I'm not going to be hurting him here, I'm just trying to get the little baby since he needs to get treated at the Pokémon Center."

She said to the Wigglytuff that bolted towards the fleeing Froakie, "Wigglytuff, I want you to catch the frog for me. Don't hurt him here, just give him a nice yawn and make him tired out alright?"

The Wigglytuff replied while pursuing Froakie, "Wiggly!" She attempted to grab him, as he quickly hopped away from her. She asked him in concern, "Wigglytuff? Wiggly?"

He replied to her in a sheepish tone after dodging another grab from her, "Froakie... Fro... akie..." He saw the Wigglytuff taking a deep breath, as he gulped; knowing that she was going to use her classic yawn to get him to fall asleep. He quickly hopped into the bush, as he quickly got out of it in an unpredicted direction; hoping that he would lose the pursuing Wigglytuff.

Sam caught his breath in the confusion, while Shawn rubbed his head.
"Buizel," he mumbled standing back up. He watched as the Froakie ran off, and sensed his fear. Shawn shrugged and gave a yawn sitting back down. However his trainer saw things differently. "Come on, we gotta get that Froakie!" Sam said. Shawn fired a Water Gun at his trainer's face and gave another yawn. Sam tugged in Shawn's leg. "Let's go." He mumbled.
"Bui, bui."

"Quickly Malle, we need to get the Froakie out of here!" Aster said. She got some berries out of her bag and tried to find the Froakie. "I have some berries here" Aster said, she put the berries down on the ground and backed away.

Marina wandered down the street with Wylde at her heels. The Chespin stopped, interested in the nearby commotion. Marina sensed this and patted his head, signaling that he could go find out what it was. Wylde came closer to the group and quickly figured out the situation. He stood back from the berry pile and stared at his feet, doing his best to show the Froakie he meant no harm.

"Em Go into the air to see if you can see the Froakie," Fletcher told Em. Em nodded and flew up almost as high as prism tower. However Em couldn't see anything. Em was to high to see through bushes. Em lowered a small bit and he thought he saw a glimpse of the Froakie in one of the bushes. Em landed and pointed to the bush. Em then went into Fletchers bag and they searched the area.

"It might take all day to find the Froakie. Lumiose City is massive," Fletcher thought.
"(Froakie? we're not here to hurt or heal you, we just want to know if you are okay) Espurr purr Es," Em said. Fletcher wondered what could of happened to the Froakie.

The Froakie was frightened from the other new people and Pokémon that were interested with the commotion that was still going on between him, the Nurse and her Wigglytuff. He sheepishly replied to the Espurr after hopping away from the bush, "Froakie... Fro... Froakie..." He was oblivious to the berry pile that someone placed down earlier, as he noticed a Chespin that was nearby. He was too frightened to even talk to him; he was preoccupied with his desperate attempt to flee from his pursuers.

He turned his head and saw the Wigglytuff charging towards him, as he quickly hopped towards the right to evade her grasp! The Wigglytuff said in anger in response to his close call, "Wiggly... Wigglytuff!" She took in a deep breath, as her body slightly puffed up into a soft, ball-like structure. She quickly bounced herself, as she said in a fit of frustration while wildly jouncing towards the fleeing Froakie, "Wigglytuff! Wiggly!"

The Froakie was running towards Aster. She took off her backpack and lay it on the ground, hoping that the Froakie would run into the bag. If he did, Aster could take him far away from the Nurse.

"(Calm down Froakie! We're not trying to hurt you!) Purloin loin! Loin purr purr!" Malle said.

"Em, Psybeam now," Fletcher said. "Es.." Em said as she fired a strange beam at the Wigglytuff which made it confused and started bouncing to Em. "Wigglytuff!!"Wigglytuff yelled as it came charging toward Em. "Light Screen, Try to defend." Suddenly Em created and odd wall like barrier that surrounded Em. Wigglytuff ran into the wall. It didn't completely protect Em but it helped. "Ess Espurr (Froakie, If you want to be saved, Get in the bag...)" Espurr cried. Fletcher hoped that Wigglytuff would be confused enough for Froakie to flee and have Wigglytuff not notice

"You know what I'd love to do today?" a teen asked her Pokemon partner while they walked down the sidewalk of the largest city in this new region. "I'd love to go see that tower that lady at the airport told us about! Do you want to go after this, Orion?"

The Ghost-type was unable to respond by using his pen and paper, so he merely nodded. "Sab," he said, shifting the weight he was bearing to a different spot of him lanky arm.

The human and Sableye duo had just arrived at the Kalos region last last night, having flown here for a few days from Kanto. It had to have been around midnight when they landed, so the first thing they wanted to do when they got off the plane was find a hotel nearby and sleep the rest of the night. That was exactly what they did, but the two wound up sleeping a bit longer than planned. The hotel was very temporary, and once they had awoken and headed out for a bite to eat, they spotted a home that was for sale near the outskirts of Lumiose City. Without a second thought, Ambrosia Kalis bought the small, one-story home. Now, she and her Sableye helper were just coming back from a trip to the supermarket, load of food in hand.

It took around fifteen minutes to finally arrive back at their house, but the trip didn't seem so extensive to Ambrosia, and she unlocked her front door with a smile on her face. "Alright, that's step one! Step two is now putting all the food away, and then we can eat! Maybe we could find a spot outside?" she thought out loud, unloading the many bags of groceries onto the kitchen counter.

Orion followed suit, dumping his bags onto the floor and promptly grabbing his pen and notebook from a side-bag, one that he kept with him everywhere he went. On the nearly-filled first page, he wrote his response, holding up the pad for his Trainer to read. Sounds like a plan, it said, and Orion smiled lightly.

Ambrosia copied her Sableye's smile. "Alright! Let's get this party started, then!" With a clap of her hands, she and Orion got to work on putting the groceries in their specified cabinets and other locations, the pen and notebook back in Orion's own bag.

Once that was taken care of, Ambrosia grabbed her salad, Orion, his own food, and the two headed out the front door once again, spotting a bench near the downtown Lumiose area. They decided to park here, and they sat and ate their meals in peace.

The sudden sounds of battle caught Orion's attention before Ambrosia's, and he placed his bowl down, stood up from his seat, and looked back to his Trainer, silently asking if he could go check them out. Once she nodded, the Sableye was off, bolting through the streets until the sources of the sounds came into view. Something involving a Froakie and a Wigglytuff seemed to be going on. Having never seen a Froakie before, Orion's gem eyes grew wide, and he stepped closer to the battle. The Wigglytuff seemed to be attempting to get over to the Froakie, but the humans and other Pokemon wouldn't allow it. A bit confused, Orion stayed in his spot, merely watching this scene play out.

Ambrosia found her Sableye, having rushed back into the house to drop off the remainders of lunch, and she quickly speed-walked over to him. "Orion, what's happening?" she asked him, only to get a shrug and point in response. The young woman looked the way her partner had pointed, and her own face contorted into a confused expression at the sight. Without much thought, she marched over to the group, arms crossed. "Hey!" she yelled in an attempt to get their attention, "what the heck is going on here!?"

Orion headed after his Trainer, standing next to her with his head tilted.

The Froakie saw the Wigglytuff that ran into an odd wall; he saw her dazed and confused. He looked over at the bag, as he replied to the Espurr, "Froakie..." He swiftly hopped towards the bag; hoping that it wasn't a trap that could possibly be a ploy to capture him. His breath sharpened and tensed up like his fright, as he kept his hands on his frubbles; ready to use them in case if he was going to be attacked by anyone within close proximity. He hesitantly got in the bag, as his frubbles puffed up again and covered almost his entire small body.

The Nurse said to the girl with the Espurr, "Wait, I'm not trying to do anything bad to the Froakie here! I'm only trying to get him back since he needs to go back into the Pokémon Center here! He's been constantly running away ever since I've been trying to help treat him..." The Wigglytuff was still dizzy from running into a light screen-like wall; her eyes swirled around like swirling tops. She said in a sluggish tone, "Wig... Wiggly... Wiggly?"

"Have you considered why he doesn't want to go to the Pokemon Center?" Fletcher said in a mean tone. He was hoping that he could stop the Nurse from at least getting close to the Froakie or the girl that dropped her sandwhich.

"Maybe he's afraid of something in the Pokemon Center and he is trying to get away from it?" Fletcher said to waste more time. Fletcher knew he probably wouldn't be allowed at the Pokemon Center she works at ever again because of what they are doing to stop her from taking the Froakie. "Officer Jenny might end up being involved," Fletcher said to himself quietly. Em quietly watched for any moves or traps and would either take the hit or stop the trap. Em looked at Froakie one last time before it hopped into the bag. She hoped to see it again.

The Nurse sternly said to the boy in response to his mean tone, "Well, he is afraid of it you know. He's been constantly running away for the past month here! I don't know why he's afraid of the Pokémon Center here, it's like the place where you're patched up and you're good to go!" She approached towards the boy with haste, as she noticed the Wigglytuff now on the ground panting from her dizziness.

Meanwhile, the Froakie overheard the conversation that went on between the Nurse and the boy. He stayed silent; not wanting to get involved or even spotted by the Nurse. He had enough of the Pokémon Center after they treated him like a Pokémon. He had no clue to why they weren't responding to his concerns and voice like they did in the past. He silently cried on his frubbles, as he was frightened now that he knew that he would most likely need to adapt to being a Pokémon now.

Nobody seemed to notice the appearance of both Ambrosia and Orion, so the Sableye turned around and walked away from the scene, not waiting for his Trainer to follow, even though she did. "Eye, eye, Sable..." he told her, saying that whatever was happening over there was most likely common in this new region.

Of course, Ambrosia could not understand the Pokemon's words, so she merely shrugged in response. "If they don't want my help, then we won't give it to them." Suddenly, though, her brow furrowed, and she looked around wildly. "Why were we out here, again? I've never been here before... What is this place?"

This was bound to happen at some point, Orion thought to himself, patiently taking out his notebook and pen to write down an answer for Ambrosia. This is the Kalos region, our new home, he wrote. We were going to see Prism Tower.

"'Prism Tower'?" Ambrosia's eyes widened as she read the paper her Sableye had handed up to her. "That sounds like a beautiful place! How do we get there, though?"

Orion simply took Ambrosia's hand and led her down the street they were currently on, heading away from their house and toward the tower in question. "Sableye-eye," he said, telling her to follow him.

Aster quickly picked up her backpack and started to run, she ran to Prism tower and put the backpack on her back. She started to climb, with Malle on her shoulders. When she was halfway, she looked down and saw the nurse running towards the tower. Aster climbed all the way to the top and sat on the edge of the building. "Be careful Froakie, just don't look down" Aster said, unzipping the backpack.

"(You can go back in the bag if you're scared) Purrloin loin" Malle said.

Fletcher watched as they started to climb Prism Tower. Fletcher had an idea to get up to there with them.

"Em, could you use some of your psychic power and take us up to where they are?" Fletcher asked. Em nodded as he lifted Fletcher and himself to where the climbers were. Fletcher went underneath the girl and her Purrloin just in case Froakie fell or something else happened.

Aster looked down and saw a boy and his espurr floatin below him. "Don't worry about me, I've had years of experience" Aster said, "You just have to worry about Froakie."

Aster stood up, leaving the bag in the ledge and climbed around the tower with Malle on her shoulder. She climbed all the way up to the top and stood on the blunt point of Prism Tower. The wind rustled her hair as she watched the sunset, "It's so much nicer up here than it is down there" Aster said.

TheStargazer

"I have never really been climbing before, Em usually just picks me up and takes me to higher places," Fletcher said as Em put Fletcher on another ledge. Em then stood on the ledge the Froakie was on just incase the bag fell.

Em and Fletcher looked at the view. They could see every part of Lumios City including the ally way Fletcher used to hang out with Emma. Fletcher wondered what Emma was doing. Em wondered what Mimi was doing. "It's beautiful, I usually hanged out in an ally way so I never really explored the whole of Lumios," Fletcher said. He wished the world could be peaceful forever...

"I'm from Cyllage, I train with my Uncle Grant" Aster said, "We went hiking a lot through the mountains."

She looked down at the alleyways in Lumiouse, they were dark and long. Back home at Cyllage she had one friend. His name was Nadia and he had a Fletchling named a Brisk. They didn't hang out often as Aster was always training with Grant and Nadia was training with Ramos, in Coumarine city. Aster mainly stuck with Grant. She wondered what Nadia and Brisk were doing now.

"I'm Aster and this is Malle" She said to the boy, realising they hadn't introduced themselves yet.

"That explains a lot," Fletcher replied remembering how well her and Malle could climb easily.
"I'm Fletcher and my partner is Em, nice to meet you," Fletcher said. He watched as Nurse Joy and Wigglytuff tried to figure out how to get to where they were. Fletcher was glad they were failing, he never really liked that Nurse Joy anyway.

It didn't take Ambrosia nor Orion too long to find Prism Tower amidst the many other buildings of Lumiose, especially since it was located a good distance away from them all. The young girl gaped up at the tower, jaw hanging open in awe. "Is that the tower, Orion? Is that Prism Tower?" she asked for clarification, pointing up to it and looking over to her Sableye with wide eyes.

Orion nodded, taking Ambrosia's hand and leading her through the many people surrounding the tower to get a better look. The redhead did nothing to stop him, instead following like a lost puppy.

"Wow! It's even better up close!" Ambrosia exclaimed once they stood directly next to the tower. She touched the metal of the wall, looking up the structure. It was so tall, she had to strain her neck to see up the entire thing, and she nearly fell over while doing so. At the top seemed to be something unusual, but Ambrosia brushed the sight off as a normal occurrence in this place, even though those silhouettes weren't very bird-shaped.

Near the door was where they decided to stand, and while watching it open as a group of people walked by a bit too close, Ambrosia's face lit up even more. Orion was surprised her massive smile hadn't broken her jaw by now.

"We can go inside!?" Ambrosia asked in slight shock, leaning over to peek inside the doorway. "Can we, Orion? Please?"

The Sableye, who had also been marveling at the structure, silently, also looked around the small room the door led to. Lips pursed together, he looked back up to his Trainer and shrugged his shoulders, walking inside curiously.

"Yes! Thanks so much, buddy!" Ambrosia cheered, quickly heading in after Orion, unaware of what was in store.

"Well, me and my friend Emma found 2 Espurr near where we were, hiding. We ended up befriending them and then I caught mine. Emma is actually homeless so she can't afford to buy a pokeball for her Espurr who she called Mimi, However they are really good friends," Fletcher said remembering when this event happened.
"How did you get Malle?" Fletcher said curiously.

"Well my Uncle Grant trained with me when I was younger, and he thought I should have a Pokemon to climb with." Aster said, "So he gave me a Pokemon egg, we both had no idea what it would hatch into. Then one day it cracked open and our came a little Purrloin. I nicknamed it Malle and we've been buddies ever since"

"Cool," Fletcher said after Aster finished talking. Fletcher looked at his partner. She was sleeping quietly right next to Froakie. Fletcher smiled. This was his favourite part of his journey so far.

"Should we go back?" Fletcher asked, "I think Nurse Joy has given up on trying to get up here and Em can take us all down safely,"

"Es?" Em said when she heard her name.

"Good idea, we could go to Cyllage City!" Aster exclaimed. She began to climb down the tower. She picked up her back backpack on out it on. She slid down the side of the tower with Malle on her head. She jumped to the ground and looked up, Prism Tower was very tall.

Fletcher watched as Aster slid down Prism Tower with ease. Em used her psychic power to place Fletcher on the ground as he could not climb very well. When he landed on the ground, he quickly ran to the Route 5 gate as that was the closest path to get to Cyllage City. He knew how to get to there because he had lived in Lumios City almost his whole life.

Aster followed Fletcher to the route 5 gate, "When we get to Cyllage, we can go straight to the gym, to heal Froakie." Aster said.

She put Malle on the ground and walked into the forest. She could see a few fletchling and bunnelby, but she decided to just keep walking.

"Em, Psybeam," Fletcher said. A strange beam hit the pokemon on its side. It charged at Em with a takedown. Em got hit and then used scratch.

"Skidd," the Pokemon cried. Fletcher carefully aimed and threw his pokeball
