For now she will begin to win but will be called back by the Overseer, later on when all the others are turned I will speak about how to beat them as I'm still midway through thinking about that part.

Basically, the main reason they can't beat Death at the moment is due to them having just met and not being able to work together, so even if everyone was there they wouldn't be a team, but yes feel free to begin.
