DPPt/HGSS My Battle Pike team and full team

I own Emerald and have been trying to defeat Pike Queen Lucy for months. I have been try many different combinations as I go.
I would like any suggestions on the best items and pokemon to beat her and I have also been dying to see what other people think of my complete team.

Just as a heads up, people don't like facing others when they use Legendaries (Rayquaza and Kyogre).

Fix it up, and then try again.

*Note to self: No 4th Gen moves allowed and the Types are associated with Special or Attack stats.

I'd just like to make it a note: Light Ball is useless on Raichu. It only works on Pikachu.
