I'm having a problem getting through the quicksand cave iget stuck in the sandstorm is there a way out of it without getting hurt or fainting

It's a pain, but you just have to look for the exits as quickly as possible. If I remember rightly, some floors will be clear, as the Sandstorm is triggered only if there is a Tyranitar in the level, so you can explore those then. I just looked for the exit quickly on floors with Sandstorm and I got through ok. Take a few healing items down with you, and apples because there aren't any in the Quicksand Cave.
Failing that you could always backtrack and visit some of the past Dungeons again. Levelling up for some extra HP may only gain you a little, but it could make the difference.
