Jonin is technically the last one for normal ninja. there's also academy student which is before genin, tokubetsu jonin which are basically chunin but they have jonin level in one category like teaching, kage which is the strongest ninja of all the village, anbu, medical ninja, and other special things like "jonin commander" and "head ninja."
