Or Neji got stronger? I mean it seemed he, Choji and Kiba all got new moves between the Chunin Exams and the Sasuke Rescue Arc.




If anything that would increase Neji's drive to win, to prove his point about destiny. Which he was totally right about anyway despite Naruto's claims. Mr. Child of Prophecy...
