Lmao, no if he tried to clash against a perfect Jinchuriki with that form he will very literally get swatted like a fly. Trying to one vs one the Jinchuriki is basically suicide, the only way to stand a chance is to mob her from all sides and then get out of the way whenever she starts transforming or using the V1 or V2 cloaks.

The 8 sword style characteristic of Killer Bee can overwhelm the Sharingan, so once you get into close combat you'll very quickly be overwhelmed through sheer skill and that's without even mentioning the sheer power granted by either Jinchuriki state.

Base to Base any of our OCs will be overwhelmed though skill, pit against V0 we'll be completely suppressed on almost all aspects (curse mark wielders could probably stand up to her for a short while), against V1 we'll get trampled 100% of the time, against V2 you should just run cause it's suicide, against Biju form...well that's a 2-3 story tall Gyuki who can vaporize mountains you do the math.
