Trainers, young and old, appear to be coming to the Pokémon Academy. No wonder. It's famous. The Galar region seems to have the most visitors. Well, it's the home of the Academy anyway. In Wyndon to be specific. And half of all Trainers come here nowadays. But something's up. With a new organization called Team Noble. Team Noble has been trying to steal Pokémon from others. Trainers from the Academy are determined to stop them, but only a select few have been chosen from the 3 million Trainers there.

OK, maybe there's no particularly real reason to list the stats, I just wanted to have fun with stats XD. Anyway, Students are supposed to be under the age of 18. No hard feelings, right? Otherwise, accepted!

Backstory: Shiori is from a well-off family in the Johto Region. When she came of age, Shiori received her first Pokemon, a female Houndour from Professor Elm, who had just given away the usual starters, as well as a mystery egg from her uncle. The egg in question eventually hatched into a male Tyrunt.
Sometime later, Shiori had gotten caught up in an accident involving a rampaging Steelix that crushed her left arm and leg, rendering them completely useless. Doctors had no choice but to amputate the limbs, replacing them with highly advanced prosthetics. Shiori spent at least three months in rehab, her Pokemon cheering her on motivating her every step of the way. When her rehab was complete, Shiori's parents became a little more protective of her and hardly ever let her leave the house unsupervised. Being accepted to the academy in Galar was the perfect opportunity for her to get away from her now suffocating home and overprotective parents. Before leaving the Johto Region, Shiori had gotten her arm and leg colored and her right arm and upper torso tattooed. She is fairly interested in Pokemon battling and breeding, though she seems to derive more joy from bonding with and raising her Pokemon.

Eager, naive, and forgetful, Miko is all too similar to a puppy. He tries his best in everything he does, but often gets carried away. He laughs at himself easily, which is helpful because of how often he falls over, forgets important things, and makes other simple mistakes.
Appearance: Miko has light-brown hair that he lets fly out in every direction. He has green eyes, and stands at about 5'5". Miko loves to wear warm, oversized clothes. Big sweaters and sweatpants are his go-to casual outfit, but in warmer weather he'll begrudgingly stick to a t-shirt and shorts. Green is his favorite color, and he makes a point to always wear something in that color.
Backstory: Coming to Galar from his hometown of Snowpoint City in Sinnoh, Miko has always been a fan of the unconventional. Winning a few gym badges in odd ways is his claim to fame, and he came to the Pokémon Academy to learn more creative ways to battle. He's raised a handful of Pokémon from eggs, but gave most of them away to his many siblings. Togetic and Skiploom were his first partners, and the three are inseparable.

She likes wearing a simple white and red kimono she has from home, but since that probably wouldn't be included in the school dress code, she wears a simple red plaid pleated miniskirt, white longsleeve shirt, and red jacket. Despite not looking very athletic, she is a very strong swimmer.
Backstory: She is part of an exchange student program from the Kanto region. Hanako herself is still on the fence on this school, unsure if she wants to focus on Pokemon Battling or Contests, and is trying her best to figure out what she wants to do. All of her Pokemon may be fully evolved, but all only needed a special item to evolve rather than battle experience or forging a special bond.

Appearance: With a height of 5'7", Justin has dark gold-ish hair that poke over his eyes, wears square-framed glasses over his light brown eye, and has skin that is a bit on the pale side.
Backstory: Justin is from Vaniville Town in the Kalos region and has dreamed of being an amazing Pokémon Photographer. He set out to journey around Kalos at the age of 15 with his childhood friend Trent, and the duo were soon made into a trio with the inclusion of a girl named Victoria. During the journey, Justin worked hard to polish his photography skills and was able witness the wonderfulness of Pokémon first hand through his lenses. After their traveling, the three parted ways, with Justin having his sights for Hoenn to capture shots of its seas and the many exotic Pokémon that lived in it. Justin has also found himself traveling to Sinnoh, Johto, and Alola, with him making a bit of a reputation for himself as he had his fair share of being approached and commissioned for his work. But of course, he felt that he still had much to learn. Which leads him to now. After getting an invitation from the Academy, Justin traveled to Galar in order to attend and be able to evolve more as a Pokémon Photographer.
