• A reminder: If you want to ask an RP thread creator if you can join their RP, do so in private - via conversation or profile messages - or via the thread's discussion thread, if one exists. Do NOT ask if you can join an RP on the RP thread itself! This leads to a lot of unnecessary OOC chatter and that's not what the RP boards are for.

This is clearly stated in our RP forum rules. If you've not read them yet, do so BEFORE posting anything in the RP forums. They may be found here (for Pokémon Role Play) or here (for General Role Play). Remember that the Global Rules of Pokécharms also apply in addition to these rule sets.

As Shade was about to hop over the other set of empty seats in front of her to jog by the rails out of there, she stopped herself and looked at Jaden with a strange look. He wasn't himself. Was he always like this in a battle? He seemed almost dead. If anything, she knew he wanted the battle to finish quickly due to the almost bored look he held that contrasted with his tone, but she wasn't going to be giving him that luxury. He would just have to fight and have fun battling her, and if that meant annoying his Pokemon with a battle strategy that has won her a few fights due to the other opponent forfeiting, then so be it.

She took a mental note of his possible reasoning for this look before hopping over the seats and jogging out of the stadium, with Chu hovering above her. Her black trench coat billowed behind her as she made her way towards the exit of the first stadium and the entrance to the second. Looking at it though, Shiori and Talia were already there. Cursing herself for being late, she jogged to the third stadium and went to the participant's waiting room on one side.

She took off her trench coat and hung it up, allowing her black t-shirt and black shorts to be seen more, as well as the charms on her necklace. She took her Mega Ring and Z-Ring off and hid them in her satchel before hanging that up, too. Her PokeBalls were on her trainer belt as she psyched herself up for this battle, hopping on each foot alternatively as if jogging in place. She tied her hair back and looked at the reflection. There were some scarring clear as day on her arms and legs due to scuffles with dangerous Pokemon and training her own. Her pale skin didn't help, either and just accentuated them. Oh well, the scars made her look tough.

She walked to the open doorway to the stadium and took a deep breath before stepping out into the adrenaline-filled battlefield, the lights, and the sounds of people and Pokemon cheering.

Her Alolan Raichu was floating above her and waved at the crowd with both mousey paws and a cheerful look, while Shade looked on at the other side. A devilish smirk crossed her face as something changed in her eyes: a brutal look. Her stance was held straight, her legs together, and her eyes intensely staring forward. She whistled a low note and Chu, while not liking her PokeBall, went inside her own confines anyway in a flash while Shade pulled a PokeBall out that had a snowflake pattern etched on the top. It was time to get cold.

She threw the PokeBall out and, in a flash, a wondrous, yet eerie, icy beauty emerged. A Froslass opened her eyes in a sultry fashion before looking at the crowd and throwing them a wink and blowing a kiss to them on both sides before facing forward, her arm held over her mouth as if to hide a smile or a giggle.

As Shade threw the PokeBall and retrieved it, she started to hunch a bit at the shoulders. The sick grin and look in her eyes almost seemed to convey that she was practically unhinged a little, but she knew what she was doing.

This was going to be fun.
