Goldenrod City
Charade
The Crimson Crew resumed their evil scheme...to find an evil scheme. Charade actually hadn't thought this far ahead what he would do when he got here. Not a soul looked evil enough to join his criminal organization. Maybe they were all hiding? If so...how would he draw anyone out?"
"Hmmmm...what would draw evil doers out into the limelight?" Charade scratched his chin.
"Croag..." The frog mimicked his action.
"Ah yes....!"
"Croag?"
"...Nah..."
"Croag..."
"Maybe if we blow up a building- but that would require explosives. Expansive ones...and I don't think mom will let me put those on her credit card."
"..."
"..."
"But maybe...aha! If we steal something really expensive, and I mean REALLY expensive, then they will have to take us seriously, right?!"
"Croag-unk!" The poison type nodded up and down in agreement.
"But what to steal...hm..."
That's when a woman, carrying around a handful of notes passed him by. Charade snickered before leaping out next to her, snapping finger guns toward her whilst Whismur and Croagunk followed.
"This might sound weird lady, but what is the most EXPENSIVE thing in this entire city?! For uh...trivia of course."
"Oh, that's not weird at all." The woman smiled before pointing ahead. "That would be the Golden Line Museum. I hear they are bringing in the biggest shiny stone ever discovered in, priced at several million! Isn't that cool!"
"Yes...YES!"
"I know right??"
"PERFECT! This is just what I need to have my name projected to the world!"
"...Uh...excuse me?"
"Oh don't mind me, go on." Charade swept aside, batting his eyes innocently.
"Uhm, well, hear they mined it from Iron Island in Sinnoh miraculously, and that it just got shipped in last night. The exhibit should be coming up tomorrow."
"That's all I need to know, Civilian woman!"
Then charade marched away, stuff and crablike, all the while laughing uproariously to the sky, leaving the woman in a state of sheer confusion.
