Pokemon: The Comet's Fate
---
In the town where fluff dances on the wind, the rural town where Pokemon work with windmills to farm in the cold latitude, our story begins. In a house behind the large windmill, the door opened and a girl emerged. "I'll be safe, mom, don't worry." Kersti said, as her mother hugged her. "I'm sorry dear, but I'm just worried for you. Will Tippimi and Timi be okay?" Her mother asked, clearly fretting over every part of her daughter's being. "Mom. I won't get hurt, I'm just going to the next town over. Anistar is a kind place, most likely nothing will happen." Kersti then unattached herself from her mother, and gripped her bag. "Plus, Timi will be able to protect me. She's a strong Pokemon."
Kersti's mother held Tippimi in her arms, the small Cleffa reaching out for Kersti with it's small arms. "Alright dear. I love you." Her mother then handed her the Cleffa, and then Kersti held him in her arms. "Bye, mom." She then said, beginning to walk off as her mother stood with a Glameow by her side. "Cleffa!" Tippimi cried, seemingly excited for what was to come. Kersti walked towards the bridge leading to the outside of town, into Route 17.
"Tippimi, ready to go explore Anistar's 'comet shard' mystery?" Kersti then made her way down the steps and pathways that made their way out of the more civilized part of town, towards the Pokemon center. Her breath turned to mist in front of her, along with the short breaths of the Pokemon in her arms. She looked at the glistening water as it shined under the wooden bridge. She supposed she would be getting to Anistar through Route 17, but how would she do that? She had heard Mamoswine were being rented to go through the thick snow no human could traverse by themselves, but she wasn't sure what would happen.
She continued to ponder as she sat on the bridge, oblivious to the things around her as she pondered near the water's edge. Tippimi looked as well, seemingly dazed by the flowing river.

Just having hauled in from Route 15, the morning crew was already on the scene. Two young men could be seen removing a couch from a truck, getting ready to transport it into a recently purchased home. As always, the two spent their time conversing with each other. "Who would want to move out here? Doesn't seem like much goes on around this place." Sean inquired, as he examined the surrounding area with a rather blank and bored-like expression.

Jimmy shrugged, almost losing his grip on his end of the couch. Of course he caught a swift scolding from Sean, but he just laughed it off as always. "Sorry bro, I just can't think straight." Jimmy apologized, before he explained why. "I-it's just that we're going to Anistar soon, man! You've heard of the comet haven't y-" His words were cut off by an obviously disappointed Sean.

"No I haven't heard of it, and no I don't want to hear of it. You do this every time we go some place new. You find some sort of 'legend' that we never see." Sean sighed, exhausted. "Speaking of Anistar though, I doubt even the truck can get past the infamous Route 17. We're going to have to find some other way, which means we're going to need some hot drinks to stave of the cold." Sean suggested, lowering the couch in the front yard of the designated house. "Anyway, I'mma try to find some directions to a store- get some hot chocolate or something." Sean said as he made his way through town. Shifting his gaze around for any sign of a store, but it was to no avail. He decided it was time to ask somebody. The closest person was a girl on the bridge, he shrugged and tried his luck. "Hey... uh, sorry to bother you, but do you know where I can find a market or something around here?" Sean asked with a seemingly confused tone.

Sterling calmly walked along the path outside of Dendemille town and toward Route 17, he was careful to wrap up warm in advance due to how cold he heard it was along said route. He smiled as he looked around from the bridge he crossed, followed by a cheerful looking Axew who climbed up his leg and rested on his shoulder. "You excited buddy?" He asked his Pokemon who responded with a cheerful cry, Sterling smiled warmly as he began to jog across the bridge. The second they entered Route 17, they were met by a blast of cold air, while Sterling wasn't affected as much due to his Gray winter long coat and Black beanie, Axew shivered like crazy which caused Sterling to try and not laugh... but fail.

"And on that note, you're going in your Pokeball, I don't want you catching a cold." He said as he got out Axew's Pokeball. Axew reluctantly agreed and was eventually beamed into the Pokeball in a flash of red. After Sterling put the Pokeball in his pocket, he looked around and pondered. "Now... where are those Mamoswine?" He asked himself softly.

Kersti hadn't noticed the man as he came up, but she then looked at him when he began to speak. When he asked about a market or something of the sort, Kersti lifted her head and held Tippimi more firmly in her arms. She began to think about if anyone sold anything of actuality around here. "Ehm.." She began, placing a finger on her chin as Tippimi seemed to try and get out of her arms. "Clef!" The star-silhouetted Pokemon interrupted her thoughts with a cry. "Shush, Tippimi." Kersti said, patting Tippimi of the top of his head and returning dialogue to the man. "Not many people really sell things commercially here, as it's more of an agricultural place, but I know someone who sells fresh Moo-Moo milk if that helps any."
Kersti then pointed to a girl near the Pokemon center, and while she looked..odd, anyone would know she was an innocent girl. She held a wagon containing glass bottles filled with milk topped with pink lids. She then looked back at the man, and shrugged her shoulders. "Other than that, there's no real 'market' here." Kersti then looked towards the large way to Route 17. "And if you're looking to get to Anistar, the only way is to ride a rented Mamoswine through that thick snow of Route 17."
Kersti then looked back again. That was all she had to give the man, and she began to step back, retreating towards the end of the bridge. "Speaking of which, I'd better talk to someone to rent a Mamoswine before many scout to Anistar for the new...'comet shard' thing." Kersti said, catching wind of the fact she had gotten caught up by the water's beauty only a bit ago.

After Sean received a plethora of information, he kind of just stood there, arms crossed and doing his best to follow along. No real market, huh? I gotta get outta this town fast. He was shocked to find out the girl was already leaving when he snapped back into reality. She moved at fairly fast pace, so he had to raise his voice a little. "Thank you-!" He yelled out, in hope that she may have heard that. Now that the short conversation was over, Sean yawned as he turned toward Jimmy's direction. "Jimmy let's finish up those last pieces of furniture, I want to ride one of those Memeo things!" Sean shouted to his buddy, prepared to get back to work.
"Plus, Anistar seems like a nice place to let Percy run around. I'm doing it for his sake, not those fake comets!" Sean said, but deep down, he was a little curious as to what makes these "comet shards" so great.

Walking along the path of Route 16, from Lumiose City, is a young girl named Victoria. She has set out on her journey after running away from home and getting her starter Pokémon from Professor Sycamore, which all happened a day ago. She decided on going through Route 16 just out of a hunch that it would lead her to adventure. Before leaving however, she did take about 5 million Pokédollars from her savings with her in order to be good on money for a while.

As Victoria continued to walk along the route, she thought about whether it was a good idea to run away behind her parents back. 'Was this really the right call?' She thought, which then led her to think back to when she got her starter, Froakie.

"Now then you may choose any of these three Pokémon," the professor said as he presented the stater Pokémon.

"Alright, I've already made up my mind," Victoria said and went over to Froakie to pick her up, "I choose Froakie."

Victoria stopped on her tracks and shook head. "What am I thinking!?" She said and took out Froakie's Pokéball to look at it, "If I stayed behind, then I would have never gotten this opportunity." She smiled after reassuring herself, put Froakie's Pokéball away, and resumed on walking.

As she continued on the route, Victoria finally reached Dendemille Town. The weather in the was bit colder than Route 16, and Victoria proceeded to put on a black zip-up jacket. After doing so, she admired town bit before heading towards the bridge the leads to Route 17.

Justin had recently flown in from Unova. He'd been getting used to the vast regions of Kalos, a region closer to but still far from his home. There were so many Pokemon, and he'd even caught one on his way to where he was headed: Anistar City. He'd been traveling all the way from Lumiose, the central and biggest city in all of Kalos. And he was going to investigate the comet shards that'd been found there. His Oshawott, Buddy, was following on his left side, and a sheathed Honedge, Edge, on his right. He'd not been a Pokemon battle for a good long while, but he was sure he'd get into a few as soon as he got to Anistar. Along the way, many people stopped and asked him about the thing on his wrist. He told them it was his Xtransceiver, a communications array. But they all had Holo-Casters. He passed through Dendemille town, only stopping to rest at the Pokemon Center for a bit. He then continued on to Anistar, eyeing a girl on the way as he was going to the bridge. "Hi there!" he said to her, with a calm smile. He was up for a little chat.

(Note: I completely forgot to add the Xtransceiver part to his appearance. I will go do that now.)

'Thanks' were the only words she really heard from the guy, and he seemed like he hadn't been listening as she heard the word 'Memeo' instead of 'Mamoswine' said to someone in the background. It made her annoyed as she realized he was being rather ignorant for someone seemingly older than her, but she moved on and looked to Tippimi. She then let the small Cleffa out of her hands. "Well, since the Mamoswine won't ACTUALLY be rent-able for at least an hour, what do you wanna do?" She bent down to talk to the tiny Pokemon, but as soon as she finished speaking, the tiny Pokemon bounced off towards the other side of the bridge. He seemed happy, a bounce in every movement it made. "Tippimi.." She then walked towards whatever the Pokemon was so interested in.
Two trainers had started conversing, and Kersti kneeled down to talk to the baby Pokemon again. "No, buddy, we can't intervene. I know you LOVE people, but it's rude to interrupt." She reminded the Cleffa, and watched as it looked behind himself. "Cleffa...!" It cried again, and Kersti let out a sigh. Baby Pokemon were some of the most persistent Pokemon you could have. He then pointed at the trainers, and cried out, softer this time than before.

Having wrapped up their work after they managed to hastily, yet productively move everything inside the client's desired house. Thankfully, the only two-man job was the couch, and since there was only a little left to move now, they finished in about 5 minutes. Afterwards, Jimmy waved to Sean, as he had no choice but to take the truck back to the company. The now solo Sean, scratched his head, thoughts of what he should do now flew through his mind. Until he remembered that Moo-Moo girl, Sean made the purchase and strolled down the bridge leading to Route 17. He had the intention of chugging the glass of milk he purchased, but his eyes shifted toward the Pokeball strapped on his waist. Sean chuckled somewhat to himself, before he finally released Percy whilst still on the bridge.

The Shinx was excited the very moment he popped out, he then leaped into his trainer's arms with a loud cry of joy. Sean flinched from his Pokemon's sudden jump, but he smiled in reflex. Sean now held his Pokemon with a firm grip, making sure not to drop him, and gestured toward the river. "We don't see stuff this nice, very often huh?" Thought the amazed boy aloud. "Sheee!" Percy responded, seeming to agree. "I also made sure to get you your favorite drink!" Sean said, pointing to the bottle of milk in his pocket. Percy tried to tackle the bottle, pure happiness filled the Pokemon, now that he knew he was inches away from getting milk. "Woah, boy, calm down! Wait till we get to Route 17, alright?" Sean said with a grin that overcame his face as he continued down the bridge.

Before Victoria could cross the bridge, she stopped after hearing someone call out to her. She fixed her fedora a bit and turned to see a boy in grey clothing. "Umm, hello? And who might you be?" She asked a bit skeptically and noticed the Xtransceiver on his wrist. Judging by that alone, she could tell that this boy was not from around here.

Justin stopped by the girl after realizing she’d done the same after hearing his voice. He noticed her skeptical look and watched her eyes move to his Xtransceiver, revealing that he wasn’t native to the region. “Oh, uh, I’m not from Kalos. I’m from Unova!” He said proudly. “My names Justin! Sorry if I startled you or anything...” he said, scratching the back of his head. “These are my Pokémon, Buddy and Edge.” He continued, as Buddy let out a happy cry, and Edge just looked at Justin, and back at the trainer. “Nice to meet you!” He said, holding out his hand.

Victoria watched as Justin offered her a handshake but didn't accept it as she's not quite use to being casual with others yet. "Indeed, a pleasure to meet you, Justin," she said and tipped her fedora a bit, "My name is Victoria Melis, from Lumiose City." She then looked at Justin's Pokémon. Victoria has seen a Honedge before, but she has never seen an Oshawott before. "I don't believe I recognize that Pokémon," she said and pulled out the Pokédex she received from Professor Sycamore.

The Pokédex then proceeded to say, "Oshawott, the sea otter Pokémon. The scalchop on its stomach isn't just used for battle--it can be used to break open hard berries as well."

"So, you're from Unova?" Victoria said as she put the Pokédex away, now a bit curious about Justin, "Then what brings to a region like Kalos?"

Justin quickly pulled back his hand. If people didn’t want to shake his hand, then they didn’t, whatever their reason. After the girl had used her PokeDex to scan Buddy, he heard what she’d asked. “I’m actually on my way to Anistar City. Just past this route, I think. I’m not too sure...” he said, looking at his town map again. “I’m going there because of some comet shards. I know there’s a gym there, but I don’t know if I’m interested in becoming a full blown Pokémon trainer like that...” he said. He then perked his head up. He could’ve sworn he heard a Pokémon cry other than his own. “Hey... did you hear that? He said, looking around. He wasn’t sure, but it sounded like a Pokémon along the Clefairy evolution line.

The boy's next stop was Dendemille Town, and as he arrived he took a quick scan of the surroundings. Perhaps, to some, his arrival brought a strange surge of... negative energy. Zem tended to turn heads, what with his looming Murkrow, Travis, and his unblinking and wary Espurr, Olivia- his white hair, tall stature, pale skin and dark eyes- just his general demeanour, all smiles; many thought of him a creepy. But, along with his aura of darkness and bad luck was a tinge of apathy- because why should Zem care what others thought? Strangers, people he met along the road- they meant nothing to him.

Many trainers seemed to be gathered, but Zem didn't talk to them- he had better things to do. He had heard of the news of the comet-shard in Anistar City, and was entirely ready to explore the story of it, but his excitement had come to a screeching halt as he discovered that the Mamoswine wasn't currently rentable. The boy let out a groan of annoyance, rolling his grey eyes. "Aw, seriously?" he complained rather loudly as he found out he couldn't traverse Route 17. "But I wanna see what happened when you touch a shard! Do you, like, die? Turn inside out? Does your brain leak out of your ears?"

One of Zem's many flaws was that he couldn't control the volume of his voice, unfortunately most often when saying peculiar things... such as that.

Sterling turned his head toward someone who appeared to be loudly complaining. He scoffed lightly in annoyance before he realized the Mamoswine rentals were near him... and were unavailable which made him growl lightly in annoyance. Nevertheless, he decided to walk up to the Mamoswine and pet them, hoping it wouldn't hurt so he could take his mind off of the stranger's morbid questions. "You know if you keep talking to yourself, people will think you're crazy!" Sterling called out sarcastically before he resumed to pet the Mamoswine lightly and hum a little calm tune.

Suddenly, one of the Pokeballs in his pocket opened to let out a Pokemon, but instead of the Axew that tailed Sterling across the bridge, this Pokemon was actually a Buneary who hopped on to Sterling's shoulder. "Oh, hey Buneary. Got a lil' bored on staying inside? Just be careful; you may have that fluffy coat of fur, but you may still get cold." He said to the Buneary who responded with an acknowledging nod.

Sean enjoyed his time with Percy, something he couldn't do often, thanks to his job's shifts. The once happy Sean, immediately turned to one with a more serious outlook when he heard ringing from his pocket. Huh? Who's calling me now? He'd put Percy down with a few instructions. "I'll let you run around, but make sure to stay on the bridge and out of trouble. Have fun." Told Sean, whilst he petted the electric-type before setting him loose. He watched Percy for a moment, before finally answering the call. "Hello, this is Sean." He'd answer, his arm rested on the railing of the bridge, while the other held the company's issued Holo Caster.

A seemingly tall man, wearing a suit would appear on the hologram. "Sean, are you still in Dendemille by any chance?" The man asked in a curious tone. "Yeah. Did we get more customers or something?" He'd respond, rather hesitantly. "No, but all of this talk about Anistar is sure to be accompanied by business. Which is why I want you to take a Mamoswine through Route 17, asap Sean! Out." With that, the suited man disappeared from the hologram.
Sean sighed, he planned on hopping off the bridge right away, but he saw that there was a bit of commotion at his destination. Not really feeling the mood to be a wave in the sea of people, Sean played it safe by staying on the bridge. Though, he watched the gate to Route 17. While having his hand to his chin, as he waited for the crowd to die down somewhat.

Zem heard someone call to him, Olivia staring at said person with unblinking rose-hued eyes. A smirk curved his lips as he leant against the wall of the bridge, cold grey eyes befalling the form of the other. "Hey, I'm not talking to myself," Zem murmured, tapping his fingers to a little tune upon the wall behind him. "I have two Pokémon here, ya see? One, two." He counted Travis and Olivia, and though he may have seemed as if he was being patronising, it was not Zem's intent- in fact, the boy was rather oblivious to sarcasm. "Just like you're doin' with your boundary- talking to it! No disrespect, man. And by the way, people already think I'm crazy."

Because, of course they did. He was Zemblanity Xerses, the unluckiest boy on earth, who many believed was cursed and yet he didn't care at all. He hardly seemed to notice as a person with an Onix drifted by, and the Pokémon's sharp stone skin ripped his trouser leg as it went past, exposing and cutting open his skin.

Kersti quickly caught on to the trainer's chatter, and quickly scooped up the devious little Pokemon again. "Come on, maybe we can talk to Mr. O'hara now about renting one of those strong Mamoswine of his. Plus, I don't want to talk to passerbys anymore." Kersti had already became quite annoyed with the little human interaction she had been involved in. "Psh, asking if we have a market in this small town of ours." She talked to Tippimi as she began to walk back across the bridges that led to Route 17, and the small Pokemon stayed quiet as to listen to a word she said for once. She entered the gate, light shining into her face a bit brighter than the actual lighting outside. A blonde woman in a black fur sweater vest and a white turtleneck waved to her in greeting, and she listened as rather soft music played faintly in the silence. However, when she came out on the other side, things were much different from the silence in the background. A few people talked, er, she thought, as the snow that already was on the ground was being covered by the fresh snowflakes that fell rapidly to the ground. It looked magical, really. Like a scene from a fairy-tale.
Kersti walked over to a man she knew- not well, but they chatted sometimes as the natives of Dendemille seemed to all know each other- at least somewhat. "Mr. O'hara," Kersti began, holding Tippimi a bit tighter as he began to shiver in her arms, "When do you think the first Mamoswine will be rent-able..finally? I want to catch a ride to Anistar before other people flock here for the new comet shard thing." The man smiled, and called over a Swinub that was playing around in the snow. "I think I'll start renting them out now- Many seem excited because of that new thing." He adjusted the purple shawl around his neck. "Better start now if I wanna get good sales. Thanks for the reminder, Kersti." He then walked over to where the Mamoswine were being rented out, and yelled out to the people there. "MAMOSWINE ARE RENT-ABLE NOW, FOLKS!" Kersti then walked over, joining the few trainers present.

"Comet shards in Anistar City?" Victoria said after hearing Justin mention it. She did hear rumors about it in Lumiose City but didn't pay much attention to them. After Justin said that he heard something, Victoria looked around but saw nothing. "I didn't hear anything," she said.

After looking for what Justin might have heard, Victoria heard a man saying that the Mamoswine are available to rent. "Well, looks like we can get through Route 17," she then turned back to Justin, "Well, looks like this is where we part ways. It was a pleasure meeting you." She tipped her fedora as she said her goodbye. She then proceeded to walk through the gate and then to the area where the Mamoswine were being rented.

“Goodbye! See you again, possibly!” He said. He then continued on his way to the route. As to not act like a creep, he went to a different section of the Mamoswine rental, as that was his ticket to Anistar City. He still hadn’t seen or found what had made the noise earlier. He looked to his Pokémon. Buddy was still happy, but shivering. “Hey, you wanna go back in the ball for now?” He asked. Buddy nodded his head, with a shivery cry. Justin returned the Oshawott to its warmer cozy Pokémon ball, and looked to Edge. “Do... do you even feel the temperature? Are you okay?” Justin asked, with a bit of concern. The Honedge looked at him for a minute with a “What do you think?” Look, and went back to looking around. Justin then received a call from his mom on his Xtransceiver. “Justin? Is that you? There’s a bit of interference.” She said through the device. “Yeah, it’s me mom. I haven’t tuned my watch to the Holo-Caster communication links yet, but it will still work. I’m on route 17, in a bit of snow.” He said to his mother. “Good, good! Have you met anyone new?” She asked. “Oh, just another few trainers and the professor. That’s about it.” He replied. “Okay then. I was just calling to check up on you. Stay safe! Bye!” She said, hanging up. “Bye...” he ended, noticing a few people staring at him now, but looking away as soon as he’d seen them. He’d have to wait a bit before he could get on a Mamoswine. He stood with his back against a wall, looking around as Edge was.

Sean slightly dozed off, until a man's yelling interfered. Startled, Sean woke up rather frantically, returning Percy to his ball for the time being. "Damn! Hope it ain't too late." Sean worried, jogging his way through the gate. He wasted no time conversing with fellow trainers or travellers, as he had business. Noticing that there were already a few trainers waiting, Sean sighed. He had no intention with talking to any of them, his goal was to hop on a Mamoswine and get out of there.

He put on his company's jacket, suited for whenever they had to work in the cold after shivering a bit. Clearly not fancying this weather, Sean made sure that he was going to rent a Mamoswine quickly. 'Least I won't have to worry about that milk getting warm. That's the only benefit this place has.

Sterling almost zoned out whilst he petted the Mamoswine before he heard that they were now rent-able. "Awesome!" He said as he went to the owner of the Mamoswines, he wished to get through as soon as possible, after what seemed like forever, he managed to make it to the owner. "Hey there, as you can guess, I'd like to rent one of your Mamoswines for transportation, preferably that one." He said as he pointed to the Mamoswine he petted earlier. "Oh, great choice, he's a friendly one as well." The man said as he went to open the gate and let said Mamoswine out, Sterling walked up to him and petted him once more.

"Buneary, I'm gonna return you for the time being, I'll let you and Axew again sometime when we're riding, okay?" He asked as he looked at the Buneary on his shoulder who nodded, Sterling got out Buneary's Pokeball and returned her to it, put the Pokeball in his pocket and proceeded to climb on to the Mamoswine's back and on the saddle it wore, he smiled lightly in awe. "Wow, I knew he was big, but this is a new feeling." He said with a smile before the Mamoswine looked up at Sterling before he walked across the path that other trainers would have trouble traversing... hence the need for the amazingly large Pokemon.

As soon as Victoria went through the gate and arrived at the place where the Mamoswine were being rented, she was amazed by the amount of snow that was already on the ground. She also looked up too see that there was more snow falling. "Wow!" She said to herself as she never seen this much snow before.

After admiring the snow, Victoria proceeded to check out the Mamoswine that were available to rent. As she does this, she took out her Pokédex to scan one them. "Mamoswine, the twin tusk Pokémon. Its impressive tusks are made of ice. The population thinned when it turned warm after the ice age," the Pokédex informatively stated. "Fascinating!" Victoria said.

Once she chose one to rent, Victoria went over to the owner and paid the amount she needed to in order to rent one. After which she then proceeded to climb onto to the back of the Mamoswine. 'Wow, they're bigger than I thought,' she thought after getting on, feeling a bit nervous. Once the Mamoswine proceeded to walk across the path, she calmed down a bit after realizing that it wasn't as bad as she thought it would be.

As Mamoswine traversed across the snow covered tundra, slowly but surely with Sterling atop his back, Sterling's two Pokeballs opened to let out Axew and Buneary once more. The pair sat in front of him, both amazed at how high they were thanks to Mamoswine. "Pretty cool, isn't it?" Sterling asked his Pokemon who both replied with a cheerful cry. "How about a little song?" Sterling asked as he went to get his flute out of his bag, whilst Axew and Buneary liked the sound of it, Mamoswine looked up at the riders with curiosity.

Axew noticed Mamoswine and looked down to give a few cries toward it as if he was explaining about Sterling's flute, Mamoswine eventually complied with a nod as it continued to walk, Sterling smiled at Axew. "Thanks Axew." He said before he lowered his reigns a bit and put the flute to his lips. He began to play a soothing tune on it which could be heard from quite a distance, his Pokemon closed their eyes and swayed their heads lightly to the calming aria, Mamoswine swayed a little bit as well, but focused on traversing despite the comfort he appeared to feel from Sterling's song.

Up along the path, Victoria could see a boy on a Mamoswine ahead of her. She then heard a soothing melody that seems to be coming from them. "Wow, what a soothing song," she said as she closed her eyes to enjoy the song more. The Mamoswine she's riding on also enjoyed the song but kept his attention to the path ahead. Meanwhile Victoria kept enjoying the song with her eyes closed, unaware of the fact that they are getting closer to Anistar City.

As soon as he was able, Justin rented a Mamoswine. The Mamoswine seemed indifferent, and he was headed for a station on the other side. “Hey, are you sure you’ll be fine? I don’t think that jacket by itself will keep you warm...” an employee asked. “Thanks for the concern, but I’m sure I can get through fine.” Justin replied, with a smile. Edge latched on to Justin’s backpack and returned to his sheath. They had quite a while to go before reaching Anistar, and all of the wait would give the boy and his sentient sword a bit of free time. Justin would use this time to look at the Pokémon surrounding him, as there were many that were not known. Edge, on the other hand, wouldn’t do much other than watch the snow go by as he stay attached to his trainer’s bag. Justin hadn’t really bonded with his newfound sword Pokémon, but he wasn’t really sure what Edge liked or wanted to do. Edge would normally just stand still and stare at things and he wasn’t sure why... after looking back at Edge for a second, he continued forward to scout for some new Pokémon.
