Question about Shadows of Almia

I'm relatively new here, and as best I can figure, this is the right place for this kind of thing. If I screwed up, I'm sorry. Let me know and I'll put it where it should go.

Now to the actual question:
I beat Shadows of Almia and ran around my dorm looking for another DS so I could transfer the Manaphy Egg, Riolu, and Darkrai over to Diamond. The Manaphy Egg transferred fine. I went and picked it up from the man in the Pokémart and walked out. I then saved the game and reset it to transfer the Riolu over. It started to work and then told me something about not having wonder cards. (Sorry, I didn't write down the exact message.) I tried Darkrai and the same thing happened. Does anyone know what this mean, and what might I do to fix the problem?

I attempted to find the answer wandering around the internet, but to no avail. I'm hoping some kind soul here might help me out. Thanks in advance.

If you've used Mystery Gift before this, then that could be the source of your problem. Every time you use Mystery Gift for something, you are given a Wonder Card. However, the game can only store 3 Wonder Cards at once - if you try to use Mystery Gift again with 3 Wonder Cards already there, it won't work since it can't fit the fourth Wonder Card into the game. The way to solve this is to get rid of the old Wonder Cards (don't worry, they become useless after you receive the gift) in order to make space for any new ones.
