DPPt/HGSS Raikou Moveset

I've been thinking about adding Raikou to my team. However, he doesn't appear have a particularly good movepool, and the best I've been able to come up with is this:

Raikou @ Life Orb/Petaya Berry
Pressure
Modest

- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power (Grass/Ice/Water)/Extrasensory
- Shadow Ball
- Calm Mind

Kinda just a random slap-together of all his Special-type moves really...any suggestions?

Hmmm, how about this?

Raikou@Leftovers
Timid Nature
EVs: 64 HP/252 Spd/96 S.Atk/96 S.Def
-Thunderbolt
-HP Ice/Grass/Shadow Ball
-Calm Mind
-Substitue

Sub then use Calm Mind. Sub again then Sweep.
Timid Nature so it can outspeed some threats to it.
HP Grass or Ice is prefered, but it could get away with Shadow Ball.
EVs are to set it up for optimal Speed and overall

IT just has a horrible movepool. That's the only thing holding it back.

Nice, I like that moveset. Thanks Plapti, may as well lock 'er up now since I've gotten a good moveset (and since it's Raikou, you're likely only going to get one good moveset.)
