"...don't worry, Thomas, everything is fine." the white-haired boy said, holding his brother in his arms. The two were lost in the woods, a burning car illuminating the night just in the distance. The two brothers, twelve years old at most, were now stranded in the wilderness.
"B-but mom... and dad...!" the black-haired boy cried, burying himself in his brother's shirt. The two hugged tightly. "H... h-how are we even going to survive, Luke...? We're in the middle of the wilderness..."
"W-we'll find a way." Luke replied, closing his eyes. ...then, looking up, he saw something strange. A... glowing light? Not just one, but multiple. "W-what's...?" Luke, holding his brother close, walked over towards the light.
What he found was strange. It was a rainbow crystalline sphere, radiating light.




TEN YEARS LATER

Mushroom Kingdom - Peach's Castle
Captain Toad sighed. It had already been three hours since Princess Peach had been kidnapped - AGAIN - by Bowser, and only four hours since he had returned from his most recent adventures. He was pacing, now. PACING.
Toadette and Toadsworth walked over. "Captain? Are you alright?" Toadette asked.
"I suppose... it's just not fair!" Captain Toad said, stomping his foot. "Mario and Luigi are already out there - most likely at Bowser's castle by now - and I'm just standing here doing nothing! I have to go help them!"
"Master Toad!" Toadsworth said, raising his cane. "This is incredibly improper behavior! Master Mario and Master Luigi have things perfectly under control!"
"What if they don't?" Captain Toad asked. "I am an adventurer, and I am an intergalactic treasure hunter captain! I'm going to go assist them!" Captain Toad then dashed out of the building, Toadette and Toadsworth raising hands to stop him but missing him.

Mushroom Kingdom - Wario Inc. HQ
Wario twiddled a coin between his fingers. He had gotten what he wanted. He was rich, was head of his own company, had a close friend group and was popular. He had even buried the hatchet with his cousin. So... why wasn't he satisfied? What was he missing?
"Wario?" Mona asked, opening the door just enough to stick her head in. "Your five 'o' clock is here."
"Who again?" Wario asked, slightly bored. He had already gone through six of these meetings today.
"Mr. Soran of Dream Gliders." Mona said. "It's about the next charity race you'll be holding."
Ah right, the charity race. Something actually interesting, this week. Wario thought. "Alright, send them in."

Dreamland - Cookie Country
Waddle Dee grunted, throwing his spear hard. It soared through the air, flying a few hundred meters before landing right in the middle of a tree. "Yes! That's farther than I've ever made it before!" Waddle Dee said, pumping his fist. Then he flinched, as he realized what that spear had hit.
The spear had pinned the apple that Kirby had been right about to eat to the tree.
"GAH! Sorry, Kirby!"

Ylisse - Halidom of Ylisse - Shepards' Camp
Lucina sighed, looking at her blade. It had been many months since that day... the day that Robin sacrificed himself to end Grima. Her love sacrificed himself so they could all live on... Lucina, she had no doubt that he would return. No doubt whatsoever. But... she had already spent so long looking for him... what if he never returned...? Lucina shook her head. She couldn't allow herself to think like that.
Suddenly, she heard something. ...footsteps? No, hoofsteps. Getting up and looking out the front gate, she saw a large trail of horses walking through. At the front was the blazing red-and-green coat-of-arms that symbolized Sully and Stahl walking through. Lucina gave a smile. Chrom was back with Sumia, Lissa and Frederick.

The New World - Colony 9
Shulk was tinkering with a new piece of machinery he had gotten his hands on, and he found it quite fantastic. Dunban walked into the lab with a smile.
"Shulk. How long has it been since you've seen natural sunlight?"
"Only a few hours." Shulk said. "This machinery is really interesting. I've never seen anything like it before."
"I suppose so." Dunban replied, leaning against the wall. "Anyways, I think Fiora's getting a bit lonely. You've been spending all your time in the lab these past few days."
"Oh no." Shulk said, putting down his tools. "You're right! I'd better go see her!" Shulk grabbed the Monado and ran off towards Dunban and Fiora's house. Dunban smiled, following him with a casual trot.

Mobius - Metropolis Zone
Sonic smiled, bouncing off of several Egg Pawns. He kicked one back towards the others, resulting in them all blowing up. Sonic then ran up a building wall before jumping through a window, into one of Eggman's factories. Standing up with a smile, he said "This the best you can do, Eggman?!"

Earth - California
Phoenix sighed, placing his briefcase down on his desk. "Phew. I'm glad that case is finally over... Blackquill does not go easy."
"It's his job not to." Athena Cykes replied, flopping down on the couch. "Anyways, after that I am done for the day. D-O-N-E done."
"I think we both are." Wright said. "That was rough. Hopefully we won't get another case like that for a while..."

Nippon - Kamiki Village
"Gah, things have been so boring since Chibi left..." Issun said, lying down on top of a rock. "Hey, I bet things are doing well for Ammy. Up on the Celestial Plane, getting praise, rebuilding her land, helping out her kid... Yeah, I miss the days where I could just hop on Ammy's back and we'd go on a demon-exterminating adventure."
Suddenly, Issun saw a large black nose in front of him. As well as a white wolf with red and orange celestial markings.
"Wha?! AMMY?! What are you doing here?!" Issun asked, jumping around.
Amaterasu merely yawned.

Hyrule - Death Mountain
Ganondorf sighed, slumping back against the wall. He wasn't sure how, but he had been brought back. Link, Zelda and Lana had used the Triforce to destroy him... hadn't they? They had, he knew that. He had felt his spirit being eradicated. So then... how was he back? And in prime condition?

Mushroom Kingdom - Bowser's Castle
Luigi quivered as he followed his shorter, older brother timidly through the stone passageway, his eyes darting feverishly at anything that seemed out of the ordinary. "Mario... I think-a you should-a let me... stay outside..." He suggested nervously as the red plumber continued his brisk pace. "Nonsense, Luigi! We take out-a Bowser like-a always!"
Luigi whimpered at this.

Kanto Region - Cerulean Cave
The dark cave had an ambient glow about it, enough to reveal a pale creature in the center of this cave. A creature of incredible power. The engineered being known only as 'Mewtwo'. He was a conflicted individual, and more intelligent than most Pokemon, surpassing most humans at this as well. But he could sense the trainer. He was coming to battle the legendary monster of the Cerulean caves. All the legendary wanted was quiet. It calmed him, but he would destroy any opponent that dared to show themselves to him. He had no mercy.

Zebes - Brinstar
She always found herself back here. Zebes. But more specifically, Brinstar. This was always a place she'd return to. She remembered defeating Mother Brain so many years ago, and the Brinstar falling into ruins.
But that was the past. Now, she was focused on finding and defeating Ridley once again. She knew he was here, but after the pirates had improved upon the already mechanized Ridley, she feared he may finally overcome her. Samus Aran whirled about, her arm canon charging up, before firing a powerful blast through the canopy of trees, ripping through many layers of foliage before finally dissipating. It left behind a clear, distinct hole, revealing several of Brinstar's local creatures, which turned tail and ran upon Samus' discovery. She only narrowed her eyes beneath the suit as she turned back around to continue her search.

Inside the Ring
"Left hook! Uppercut! Back off! Right hook! Left jab! Back off! Uppercut!"
KNOCK OUT!!!
Little Mac took a couple steps back, a single bead of sweat dripping down his forehead as he watched with satisfaction, Super Macho Man fall backwards as though in slow motion, slamming hard into the ground, knocked out.
"Way to go, kid!" Doc Louis congradulated from outside of the ring as Mac thrust his arms into the air, the crowd cheering loudly at Mac's win.

Fire Field
Captain Falcon made a sharp veer left as Zoda's vehicle swerved to make contact with Falcon's, but the captain had moved in time to avoid the potentially deadly assault, but it had cost him first place as McCloud, Black Shadow, and Pico zoomed past him. "Come on!" Falcon growled as he thrust the Blue Falcon onward, accelerating quickly to match the others, quickly falling into place behind Pico. This race wasn't over yet.

Earth - Onett
The world had been saved. Giygas had not prevailed in the total annihilation of all existence. Ness and his friend had stopped him. But now, Ness was bored. Even with all of his PI abilities, what was there to do when there were no enemies to use it on? Sure he could go out and 'tame' some animals, but that had lost It's appeal. King gave a tired groan at Ness' feet, the dog rolling over onto his side. Ness smirked at King before leaning back in his chair. Paula and Mom were out shopping, while Dad was at work, as always, leaving Ness bored and alone, which when combined, those two things usually never add up to anything good.

Location - CLASSIFIED
"And you're sure the Big Shell incident is over, right?"
"Yes, Snake. Raiden handled better than you expected, huh."
"So what now?" Snake asked, ignoring Otacon's comment. Otacon remained silent for a few seconds, before...
"Nothing, yet. There's nothing going on. The fight is over."
This time, Snake fell silent. Over? No, that couldn't be. There had to be more fighting. How would he ever get on through his life without any more war!? "Uh, Snake?" Otacon asked, but Snake had already hung up. "I need to find any conflict of any sort." Snake told himself.

Bowser's Castle
Yoshi had tagged along with Mario and Luigi before they went off to rescue the kidnapped Princess. He tried to cheer Luigi up, despite knowing that it would be hard. Then he sighed, preparing for the showdown with Bowser.

Outside of Skyworld
Dark Pit was blasting a bunch of troops, belonging to the Underworld Army. They seemingly didn't know anything to do after Hades was defeated, so they started attacking out of nowhere. "Honestly, Viridi, this is stupid. Why should we beat up the Underworld Army if they don't know what to do? They're weak, too." He said, huffing a bit as he flapped his wings.

Nowhere Islands
Kumatora was relaxing a bit. After the whole Dark Dragon thing, the world was at peace again, but she was BORED. Claus was revived during the whole thing, but no Chimeras or anything attacked anymore. "Oh, hey Kuma." Claus started walking up to her, his left mechanical arm left in his pocket. Despite saying a friendly "Hello", Kumatora didn't answer. She just started to scribble down some notes.

Kelp Dome, Inkopolis
Agent 3 was competing in a Splatfest, and he started splatting a few competitors using his Splattershot. He then used a Roller to quickly cover the whole ground in ink. He kept on splatting others, but then the match was over. His team had won, and he got out of the dome, relaxing a bit.

Metropolis Zone, Mobius
Tails was right behind Sonic, trying to chase after Eggman. He swiped his tails on a Slicer, destroying it and freeing the animal trapped inside. "Heh! These robots are no match for us! I think we're getting closer to the central!" The two-tailed fox shouted, full of confidence. He ran forward a bit more.

However, Eggman was watching them. "That stupid Hedgehog.. I'm gonna show him my ultimate weapon!" Eggman shouted, putting away the monitor and getting into a huge mech.

 

[Lucas Inazumai]

Somewhere on Earth - 20XX

"..." Bass stood in the open wasteland, thinking of the past. His battles with Megaman and the rebellion on Dr.Wily along with the robot that was suppose to replace him were what he could only think of. "What purpose do I have left?" He questioned. He then heard a blast from the distance. Curiosity filled his mind as he went of to the cause of the sound. Looking around the site, he saw Protoman exiting a building. "Huh, Protoman. Well then, let's see how much of a difference he is now." Bass took aim and fired a few energy shots at Protoman.

Dream Land - Cookie Country

Kirby frolick through the field of trees until he saw an apple tree. "Poyaah!" He cheered as he ran to the tree. As he got to the tree, he shook it and caused a few apples to fall. He picked up one of the apples and was about to eat it before it was impaled by a spear and was pinned to the tree. "Poyah!!" He cried.

He looked to where the spear came from and saw Waddle Dee. Forgetting what almost happened, he waved at him with a smile as he picked up several of the apples and ran to Waddle Dee. "Poyo?" He said, offering an apple.

Ylisse - Halidom of Ylisse - Shepards' Camp

Robin rode alongside Chrom and the rest of the Shephards. He had missed the times of mishaps and highspirits with everyone. But he still had remembered one person he had kept close to his heart, even after constant ups and downs between them, even that one time of choice, he still loved her. 'I wonder how she's holding up?' He thought. As they reached the camp, he saw a familiar figure standing by the gate. 'Lucina?' He looked closer and saw her there. Robin felt happy as he smiled.

 

[Mechanist Gamma]

Mobius - Metropolis Zone
Sonic smashed more of Eggman's robots, running through the Doctor's main base. He skidded to a halt at a large door with the Eggman Empire logo on it. "Huh, figures. Yo, Tails!" Sonic said through his wrist-communicator that Tails had made. "I need you over here to hack this door open. Don't think I can spin-dash through this one."

Outside of Skyworld
"Because the Underworld Army is so desperate that they're going after US now!" Viridi said back. Then she noticed something. "Gah! Dark Pit! Phosphera is under attack! Go help her!"

Kanto - Cerulean Cave
Blue smiled, tossing his Pokeball in his hand. His Eevee and Blastoise trotted beside him. "Where are you, legendary Mew clone...?" he asked, eyes darting around. He was in the middle of the cave, and had come in for one reason - to find the Mew clone that Team Rocket had created. He still remembered when Blaine had given him the research notes. He HAD to capture it.

Dream Land - Cookie Country
Waddle Dee sighed happily. "Sure, I'll take one." Waddle Dee said, taking the apple Kirby offered and "eating" it. "Things have been going well for you since the whole Haltmann thing?"

Fire Field
All of a sudden, a strange purple portal appeared in the sky. What seemed to be some strange, white being fell out of it. It raised its hand, levitating in the air, and thousands of arrows of light appeared in the sky. Waving downwards, it shot arrows all across the track, blasting some of the racers' carts.

Ylisse - Halidom of Ylisse - Shepards' Camp
Looking forwards, Lucina's eyes widened with shock. She dropped her sword, running straight towards Robin. She jumped into the air and grabbed him... accidentally knocking him off the horse. Lucina crashed on the ground, Sumia gasping in shock. "Lucina! Robin! Are you two alright?!" she asked worriedly.
"Just fine, mother." Lucina said, holding Robin in a hug. "I'm so glad you're back..."

Bowser's Castle-
Luigi remained frightened as the group approached the castle doors. Mario didn't hesitate as he pushed them open, to reveal Bowser, classically with the Princess in a cage behind him. "Alright-a, Bowser. Down to-a business!" Mario grinned. Luigi watched on, allowing his brother to do all the work. He knew Mario would win. He always did. He also knew Mario wouldn't really need his help. But Mario had become overconfident. Luigi would need to be Mario's control, the one to ground Mario when he gets too sky high.
And thus, the fight commence.

Cerulean Cave-
In a brilliant flash of purple hues, the legendary Pokemon appeared, hovering in mid air, glaring at the approaching challengers. He narrowed his eyes, before thrusting his arm out, and a giant spoon materialized in the hand. 'Leave now, or be destroyed.' He said to the group, casting his telepathy at them.

Brinstar-
Without a sound, Samus landed in the cavern, having leaped from a hole above. She was quick to raise her arm canon and look around, allowing her suit to readjust and illuminate her dark surroundings. Upon no discovery of any creature, Samus lowered her arm, and continued to move on, determined to find Ridley.

Fire Field-
"What the-" Captain Falcon's curse was cut off as the Blue Falcon was struck by one of the arrows, slamming into the front, causing it to rip itself from the track, hurtling into the air.
The Captain was quick to eject from his beloved F-Zero as he rose into the air along with the Blue Falcon. He grit his teeth as he put his feet to the vehicle, and launched off with additional support from a Falcon Kick, and hurtled towards the being that had just arrived, pulling back his fist as it was enveloped by a fiery essence. "Falcon..."
"PUNCH!" As soon as he was in range, he thrust his arm out at the creature that had arrived.

Bowser's Castle
Yoshi was glaring angrily at Bowser, wanting to cooperate with Mario in defeating him, but he took a glare at Luigi, and realized the same thing. He looked at Bowser and Mario at a safe distance. He began to cheer.

Outside of Skyworld
"Ugh, fine." Dark Pit complained, but he headed out and blasted a lot of monsters surrounding Phosphora. "There, better?" He muttered, giving a glare at the girl. He went forward, beating a few troops using his First Blade.

Metropolis Zone
"Got it!" Tails exclaimed, quickly taking out a device and hacking the system by connecting the wires which were around the place with the device. The door opened in front of Sonic. "Sonic! I'll try to catch up with you!" He exclaimed.

Dream Land - Cookie Country

"Poyah!" Kirby toss the apples up high and inhaled every single one, rubbing his small belly as he enjoyed the apples. He then turned to the spear inpaled on the tree and inhaled, causing some apples to fly towards Kirby along with the spear. Kirby stopped and stepped aside as the spear landed on the ground before he quickly started eating each apple one by one, ignoring Waddle dee's question.

Ylisse - Halidom of Ylisse - Shepards' Camp

"Omph!" Robin wheezed as he landed on the ground due to Lucina's hug. "I-Im alright. Haha." Robin chuckled as he hugged Lucina. "I know, I missed you as well." He then got up with Lucina, making sure not to tumble slightly and looked to Lucina. "Anything happened while I was gone?"

Hunter Base - 22XX

Axl walked down the corridors with his hands behind his head, whistling as he headed of to wherever. "Man, this is just boring. What's a hunter gotta do to kill time here?" He whined.

"Bzzt. Axl, I got a report of a Maverick attack at the power plant!" The voice of Palette spoke through Axl's transmitter. "It's a strong one as well!"

"What, really!" Axl's exclaimed as he got pumped up and excited from just the word 'report'. "What's the coordinates, Palette?!"

" Bzzt. Just kidding~!" Palette giggled. "Hahaha! I got you!"

"Aw man... Not cool, Palette." Axl said as he deflated from his excitement. "I really wanted a mission to do. It's just so boring here."

"Bzzt. Hmm, why don't you just find X or Zero?"

"Well, I haven't seen them in a while. Alright fine, but if there is a mission, please tell me. And it better not be a joke this time!"

"Bzzt. Roger that~."

 

[Mechanist Gamma]

Kanto - Cerulean Cave
Blue let out a shout of shock as he and his Pokemon were flung into the wall. After a few seconds, they fell down. Blue caught Eevee, and Blastoise used its shell to protect them both. Standing up triumphantly, Blue gave a smile. "You kidding me?! I just wasted 15 Revives getting here! I'm not just going to give up and walk away! Blastoise, Hydro Pump!" Blastoise fired powerful streams of water at Mewtwo.

Fire Field
As soon as Captain Falcon released his punch, the white figure created a white beam of light that they used as a shield to deflect the punch. Turning towards the Captain, the figure, summoned more white arrows, sending them flying at Falcon.

Outside of Skyworld
"Thanks, honey." Phosphera said, blasting the stragglers with lightning. "I enjoy attention, but that was too much of a crowd!"
"No time to be a diva, Phosphera." Viridi said. "We've got incoming! It's... Hewdraw?!"
"Hello, I'm back!"
"Mmm, time to eat."
"I WANT A SANDWICH"

Mobius - Metropolis Zone
"Gotcha!" Sonic said, running ahead. Smashing some more badniks, he came into a large chamber. He whistled as he saw the large mech in the middle of the room. "Impressive toy, Eggman! Did you make it yourself?"

Dream Land - Cookie Country
Waddle Dee sighed. "Well, I guess there's not much that can be done in that regard..."

Ylisse - Halidom of Ylisse - Shepards' Camp
"Well, we've begun political discussions with Hoshido and Nohr, no longer considered myths." Lucina said. "We've also managed to work out a peace treaty between Ylisse and Plegia, as well as official trade routes and political conferences with Valm. Say'ri is really helping out over there."

Hyrule - Death Mountain
As Ganondorf thought, a purple portal appeared. A man cast in shadows, wearing a black mask that covered the top half of his face, stepped out. "Good day, Lord Ganondorf Dragmire. I have found you at last."
"Who are you?!" Ganondorf said, getting up and grabbing his blade. "How did you find me?!"
"My name is Tenebres, and I found you through trial and error." Tenebres replied, giving a bow. "I am here to attempt to recruit you for our cause."
"You do not recruit Lord Ganon like he is some mere mortal." Ganon said. "But say I'm interested. What is this cause of yours?"
"The defeat of heroes across the multiverse, and inter-dimensional dominion."

Fire Field-
Captain Falcon deftly leaped over, weaving through the arrows with ease. "Is that the best you got?" He grinned as he leaped again at the white figure, this time his foot ablaze. "Falcon Kick!" He yelled.

Cerulean Cave-
The pale creature lowered It's gaze as it disappeared, reappearing behind Blastoise, It's spoon already swinging at the Pokemon with immense force. If the idiot wouldn't leave, Mewtwo would simply have to make him realize he stood no chance. Maybe he wouldn't return after his ultimate defeat.

Brinstar-
Samus came to a stop at a large cavern, immediately sensing him. "Come out, come out, wherever you are..." She muttered, her eyes searching over everything in the room. A large hole in the cavern above would be the obvious entrance of Ridley.
And thus, he appeared, falling through the hole, coming down with a crash on the ground, where Samus had been moments before. She'd leaped aside, already charging up her arm canon. "Alright, Ripley." She frowned as Ripley roared in reply.

Bowser's Castle-
Mario leaped over fireballs, weaving around Bowser's attacks, before finally finding a way behind him. Bowser roared as Mario knocked down the massive axe, destroying the thin floor as it tore open, and Bowser fell into the lava. The hole was wide enough for Yoshi to make. Luigi would have to ride on his back.
"Princess! I'm-a here!" Mario said as he opened the cage.

Ylisse - Halidom of Ylisse - Shepards' Camp

"Wow, so much has change while I was gone huh? At least now we can finally have peace in this world." Robin looked at his right hand, freed from the Grima marking. He felt relieved that he is no longer bound to the fell dragon's grasp anymore. "Well, let's head back to the camp, Lucina."

Hunter Base - 22XX

"Let's see... Where are those two?" Axl looked around the base, slightly getting lost in his way to find the two Maverick Hunters. "Hey Palette, mind helping me find them?"

"Bzzt. Sorry Axl, I can't located X and Zero's location. You just have to-" Palette said before pausing. "Bzzt. Oh! Axl, I'm picking up a signal from the West side of the city. There seems to be a Maverick attacking a construction site."

"Really?! This isn't a joke right!" Axl exclaimed as he ran off. "Send the coordinates! I'll be there in a jiffy!"

"Bzzt. Alright then." Palette said. Within the Navigation station, she sighed at Axl's enthusiastic nature and got of her seat, exiting the room and headed off. "Axl sure is excited for this mission." She said as she entered the Laboratory. "Welp. Back to work then."

 

[Fraseandchico]

Hyrule-Castle Training Grounds
Link was Training the New recruits of the Army, it had been a while since Link, Zelda, and Lana had used the Triforce to Kill Ganondorf, and link Assumed he was dead for his generation. So he was Just training the army to Destroy any Monster attacks.

Gaia-Midgar
Cloud was running through Midgar, he was on his way to his Airship. When he got there, he found out he was early, so he decided to start practicing Sword techniques.

Crimea- Greil Mercenaries' Home base
Ike was resting in his headquarters, it had been a while since the Mercenaries' Last job, So he could relax, for now.

Bowser's Castle
Yoshi offered a ride, and once Luigi got on, he started to dash forward, spamming his feet in the air, causing him to hover for a slight moment before landing on the other side of the hole, next to Mario. He wanted to high five both of them.

Outside of Skyworld
Dark Pit readied his bow. "Well, if your so hungry, try THIS!" He quickly flew around Hewdraw, firing a arrow of pure darkness at the three-headed dragon's mouth. "What did you think of THAT?"

Metropolis Zone
Eggman floated towards Sonic with his Egg-O-Matic and smirked. "Well, I could have expected you here not as fast as this, but okay! It's time I show you my latest invention! He'll toy around with you for a while!" Eggman exclaimed, pressing a button, which caused a trapdoor to open, under Sonic's feet. Underground there was an empty room, which seemed to look like a basement?

"That hurt!"
"Hm, quite ticklish, MORON."
"FELT JUST LIKE AN ARROW TO THE SKULL"
"Oh, great. They're doing this thing." Viridi said. "Alright, you know the drill. Take out the heads! Knock two off, kill the last one. We'll take care of the stragglers later!"

Mobius - Metropolis Zone
"Uh oh." Sonic said, before falling down into the pit. Landing on his back, he sprung up and looked around. "Now what do you have down here, Doctor...?"

Ylisse - Halidom of Ylisse - Shepards' Camp
"It's right there." Lucina said with a smile.
"Come on, lovebirds!" Sully said. "Get outta the mud and get back inside the walls!"
"Alright." Lucina said, picking herself up. She held out a hand to pull Robin to his feet."

Kanto - Cerulean Cave
"Withdraw!" Blue said, and Blastoise curled into its shell. The spoon attack hit it, but it didn't do damage - it merely sent Blastoise flying, who ricocheted all around the cavern. Blue and Eevee flopped to the ground as to not be hit.

Fire Field
The white figure raised a hand, and a white forcefield surrounded Captain Falcon, killing his momentum. White arrows were summoned all around the forcefield, soaring towards it - and the man inside.

Fire Field-
The Captain stopped, placing his hands on his hips as he laughed at the white figure. "A one trick pony?" Falcon leaped, dodged and weaved through every arrow almost effortlessly, his smirk ever present. "Gotcha." He grinned as he gave the white figure a quick salute, just as the Blue Falcon struck at it from behind, going It's top speed.

Cerulean Cave-
Mewtwo was not to be fooled with so easily. He raised his arm as the Blastoise now hurtled at Mewtwo, and quickly, a whirlwind erupted from the tips of his fingers, slowing the Blastoise to a stop, then throwing it back, embedding it into the cave wall. He quickly turned to Blue and Eevee, thrusting out his other arm. Multiple stars appeared beside Mewtwo and hurtled towards the pair, while Mewtwo kept the impossibly powerful whirlwind up to keep Blastoise pinned.

Fire Field
Two wings appeared behind the man, forming a winged shield. The Blue Falcon was torn in half as the figure looked on. He began to laugh. "Oh, I've got so much more. I just don't feel like showing it to an Unawakened such as yourself."

Kanto - Cerulean Cave
Blue growled, as Eevee let loose a Swift attack of its own in order to counter Mewtwo's. Blastoise seemed to be blasted through the wall. "Let's get up close!" Blue shouted, and Eevee... transformed into an Espeon?! The Espeon teleported right behind Mewtwo. "Crunch!" Blue shouted, and the Espeon - now an Umbreon bit down hard.

Fire Field-
He was in disbelief. The Blue Falcon was gone. His pride and joy, literally torn in half. His smirk faded as all four of his limbs became lit with flame as he leaped forward, striking the force field with a powerful Falcon Punch. It shattered, and he quickly took off towards the figure, throwing a blur of punches and kicks.

Cerulean Cave-
He was amused. He disappeared as the Espeon attacked, reappearing above Espeon, the spoon back in his hands. 'Fool.' He told Blue simply as he released a flurry of strikes with the spoon, which he seemed to use for close quarters combat, and the whirlwind and swift he seemed to use for distance attacks.

Metropolis Zone
In the basement, Sonic noticed a bunch of capsules. It was hard to see what they were, but as soon as the capsules opened, a re-designed Metal Sonic, and also a Metal Tails, came out. "Say hello to Metal Sonic 4.0 and Metal Tails!" Eggman spoke, through a monitor. Metal Sonic 4.0 immediately dashed up to Sonic, attempting to boost right through him.

Outside of Skyworld
"'Kay. I got this." Dark Pit answered, flying around Hewdraw, shooting a bunch of times at his body. "Phosphora, do you mind if you at least lend a hand?" He shouted, still shooting.

"Thanks." Robin got up and dusted his coat. "It's good to be back. Maybe I can catch on with what's changed over the months. Care to help me Lucina? Hopefully it's not much of a bother."

Kanto - Cerulean Cave
Turning back into Espeon, the Pokemon teleported away from the strike. As it did, Blastoise came out of the ground, rocketing straight towards Mewtwo at near-Mach Speed.

Fire Field
Each of Falcon's strikes missed their mark, as the figure dodged each one at almost light speed. "Try a better fighting style." the man said, a powerful beam of light blasting the area.

Mobius - Metropolis Zone
"What, the other three versions not good enough? Oh wait - they all lost to me." Sonic said with a smile. Sonic side-stepped Metal, grabbing his leg and spinning him around before tossing him into Metal Tails.

Outside of Skyworld
"I'm working on keeping the basic Underworld troops off of your back, kid!" Phosphera said with a grunt before blasting a storm of Monoeye, Miks and Monomiknoses.
"SNACK TIME!" all of the heads said at the same time, flying right towards Dark Pit.

"Sure." Lucina said with a smile. "I don't mind."

Cerulean Cave-
Mewtwo quickly thrust out his palm, and the Blastoise stopped immediately at his finger tips, before being thrusted into the ground double the speed that Blastoise had been rising as the spoon disappeared, and he thrusted his other hand at Espeon, psychically shoving it into the nearest wall as Mewtwo slowly hovered to the ground, not breaking a sweat, still without a scratch.

Fire Field-
Captain Falcon leaped back as he did get into a similar, but different position, but the blast of light distracted him. "What the-" He called as he shielded his eyes.
The cars of the other surviving racers came to a stop, sliding to a halt before the white figure and the trophy of Captain Falcon. He'd been defeated.

Brinstar-
Samus let out a shaky, heavy sigh as she collapsed onto one knee. Her power suit had been destroyed in the battle, but Ridley lay unmoving before her. She'd defeated him. She'd exacted out revenge once again.
Glancing down at her zero suit, she tried gathering the pieces of her power suit together. It was unusable right now, but she'd need to get it repaired.

Mushroom Kingdom-
"Hey, Luigi. How did we-a do this-a time?" Mario asked as they made their way back to Peach's castle. She was with the Mario bros., along with Yoshi. "Uh, 3-a hours this-a time, Mario." Luigi replied as he looked at a watch. Mario grinned. "That's-a record time!"
Luigi grinned as well, glad that his brother was having such a good time.
But elsewhere, two Apes, a Gorilla and a Chimpanzee, were doing one thing.
Eating bananas. That's all they'd ever do if no one was stealing them, or if no one was threatening them. They'd eat.

Dark Pit flew to the side, dodging Hewdraw's charge. He attempted to fire his EZ Cannon on the dragon from behind, very swiftly. "Take that, you three-headed goat!"

Dreamland, Cookie Country
Meta Knight was watching over the place, as usual. After Haltmann's latest attack, peace had gone onto Dreamland, but he always kept watch. "I feel... strange. As if there's something going on... But I don't know what." He muttered, his cape covering his mask, except his eyes.

Metropolis Zone
Metal Sonic and Tails were hurt a bit, but they quickly spin dashed into the blue hedgehog, knocking him back and launching him on the wall. "You see? This Metal Sonic is a mixture between every single one I've made! Even more powerful!" Eggman spoke, laughing.

 

[Mechanist Gamma]

Kanto - Cerulean Cave
Blue growled - Blastoise was back underground and Eevee was hurt, bad. "Eevee! Let's go for speed!" Blue said, and the Espeon turned into a Jolteon before blitzing away.

Fire Field
The figure laughed, floating down to the ground. The cocky pose Falcon was stuck in represented him perfectly, and the irony in it delighted the figure. He grabbed the leg of the trophy, holding his prize in the air. "One down." he said, raising a hand and firing out a blast of energy to create a Genesis Portal. He stepped through it, taking the trophy with him.

Brinstar
A purple portal appeared behind Samus, and the white-masked man stepped out. "Oh, wonderful. Another found already." Creating another portal and tossing the Captain Falcon statue through, he closed both portals and moved into a battle stance. "Samus Aran. Intergalactic bounty hunter, Galactic Federation lapdog and genocider."

Mobius - Metropolis Zone
Sonic grunted as he was launched into the wall. "Yeah, but still not strong enough." Sonic grinned, popping open a hidden compartment in his wrist. Grabbing the Power Ring, he unleashed a powerful Spin Dash, blasting around the room at light speed.

Outside of Skyworld
The Hewdraw was hit hard by the cannon, and one of the heads fell off.
"BYE BYE B****ES" the head said, falling to the surface.
"Thank god, he's gone!"
"Oh, no. Now he'll go after me!"
"Phosphera, lead the Underworld troops to the surface and destroy that Hewdraw Head!" Viridi commanded.
"Right!" Phosphera said, bolting off - the Underworld troops following her.
"Awesome! Now, Dark Pit- MMPH!" Viridi was cut off mid-sentence.

"Viridi? What's going on?" Dark Pit asked, trying to make Viridi respond. "Come on, Viridi! What's going ON in the Reset Bomb Forest?" He muttered, sighing.

Metropolis Zone
The two metals were severely injured, thanks to the Power Ring's immense power. Metal Sonic attempted to unleash a few rockets, while Metal Tails blew a harsh wind using it's mechanical tails.

Peach Laughed out of pure happiness from Mario and Luigi just being happy, she said
"Alright you two, Let's focus on Getting back to the Castle for now, then I'll get you guys some Cake, Ok?" she kept walking.

Samus raised an eyebrow lazily at the newcomer. "I don't have time for this." She stated bluntly as she pulled out her gun and fired a shot at the white figure before turning around and beginning to trek back.

Cerulean Cave-
Mewtwo's eyes watched as the Jolteon moved, obviously faster than the human could see, but not Mewtwo. He was done playing these foolish games with the insignificant child, and raised his arm again, stopping the Jolteon midair, and slamming it yet again into the wall as Mewtwo appeared behind Blue, arms crossed, eyes glowing purple.

Mushroom Kingdom-
"Of-a course, Princess!" Mario smiled brightly as Luigi looked at Yoshi. "Oh-a boy! I love-a cake!"

Outside of Skyworld
Phosphera blasted the Hewdraw Head with lightning, killing it.
"TELL MY WIFE I DON'T HAVE ONE" it shouted as it died. Phosphera sighed, then noticed that Viridi was gone.
"Yo, VV? Gaiagal? You there? Helloooooo?"
"Pay attention, angel!" the two remaining heads shouted, firing energy towards Dark Pit.

New Reset Bomb Factory
Viridi gasped as she was let go of. "Now who do you think you are, grabbing a Goddess from behind like that?!" Viridi said, flustered and summoning her staff to use as a weapon.
"I meant no disrespect, Lady Viridi." the black-masked man said, taking a bow. "I come with an offer."
"Alright then, since you're being so "respectful" I'll hear you out. What's this offer?" Viridi asked with a smile.
"Simple." the man said. "Dominion over the wildlife of the multiverse and destruction of your enemies."
"Hm... Let's say I'm interested." Viridi said. "What do I have to do in order for this to happen?"
"Join forces with us." the man replied. "We are organizing a large task force to complete our mission that composes of warriors from across the multiverse. We call it the Cabal."

Mobius - Metropolis Zone
With a smile, Sonic blasted straight through the rockets and overpowered the gusts. Sonic dashed straight through Metal Tails, bouncing off of the wall and heading straight for Metal Sonic.

Mushroom Kingdom - Bowser's Castle
"PRINCESS! MARIO BROS! I'M HERE!" Captain Toad shouted, the Red Starshroom landing beside them. Captain Toad jumped out, eager to get into action... but promptly halted, seeing everyone fine. "Aww... no adventure here."

Brinstar
The shot Samus had fired was deflected right back at her as white spears blocked her in. "I'm afraid you'll have to MAKE time." the white-masked man said.

Kanto - Cerulean Cave
Blue gasped as Mewtwo appeared behind him. Twirling around, he returned Eevee to its ball before it hit the wall.

Brinstar-
As the spears appeared, Samus glanced back to see her bolt shooting straight back for her, and deftly side stepped it, her eyes narrowing. "You really pissing me off." She growled as she pulled out her whip, activating it. "Let's see how many times I can make you beg."

Cerulean Cave-
Mewtwo simply shoved Blue. Of course, this would hurt a normal Pokemon, but Blue was human, and he was sent hurtling backwards as Mewtwo reappeared where Blue had originally found him. 'I warned you' He stated as his spoon appeared again, and he glanced at the hole he'd sent the Blastoise into.

CLASSIFIED-
Snake eyed the... thing.... warily. "What is this?" He asked himself while pulling out a cigar. "Do the war Gods finally take pity on me? Is this a way for me to find another fight? Another war?" He took a slow puff, before quickly leaping into it. "Guess I'll find out."

Mushroom Kingdom-
"Oh, don't-a worry. We get cake a-later!" Luigi informed Captain Toad with a grin. "I can't-a wait to get a-strawberry!"

Kanto - Cerulean Cave
At incredible speeds, Blastoise blasted out again, this time propelled at an incredible velocity by Hydro Pump and curled into his shell.

Brinstar
The man smiled, catching the whip in his hand and using it to pull Samus forwards. He then created arrows of light to blast her.

Brinstar-
Samus deactivated her whip as she slid in between his legs quickly, before reactivating her whip, lasso-ing one of his spears and sending it at him while firing several more blasts at him.

Halberd-
Snake looked up from his crouched position, at the cold halls of some place he didn't recognize. "Huh... this place seems a little familiar..." He muttered as he looked about, before heading down another hall quickly, his box on standby.

Cerulean Cave-
Mewtwo thrust his arm forward, stopping the Blastoise in his trajectory, freezing in mid-air.
But what happened next greatly surprised the legendary.
A blast of flame slammed into Blastoise, accelerating him just enough to slam into Mewtwo. Mewtwo sailed back, but stopped before slamming into the cave ceiling.
A Charizard erupted from the flames, and landed on the ground with Blastoise as Red appeared beside Blue, looking up at Mewtwo, his face set.

Yoshi greeted Captain Toad with a wave. "(Well, hello there!)" He spoke, in the Yoshi language. "(How has the place been so far?)" Yoshi questioned.

Outside of Skyworld
"Yikes!" Dark Pit exclaimed, getting hit. "Ow! You stupid--" He didn't finish the sentence, but instead used his EZ Cannon at one of the heads of Hewdraw.

Metropolis Zone
Metal Tails was blasted onto Metal Sonic, and launched back at the wall, causing them to malfunction and explode. "Ahhh! Nooo! It was a DUD! Stupid robots!" Eggman shouted, slamming his fists onto the buttons. Suddenly, the real Tails came onto Eggman, and punched Eggman into the basement. Tails jumped down, giving Sonic a hand. "Great job there! Need a help up?"

Kanto - Cerulean Cave
"Red!" Blue said with a smile. "You're here! Awesome!" Blue remembered the adventures that he and Red had had so far. Those battles at Pallet Town, Cerulean City, Route 23, the S.S. Anne... Blue had just thought of Red as this nonchalant wall he had to climb over. But things had changed when the two of them - together with Green - teamed up to take down Team Rocket at Silph Co. and at their base in Celadon City. At that final battle at the Pokemon League, just a day ago, Blue had realized something. Red had always fought him, but had always been nice as well. The two had always butted heads, and Blue had always antagonized him... but Red had never held any grudges. That silent, enigmatic, always-winning airhead... well, Blue realized they could actually be friends. "Hate to say it, Red, but I may need a hand here. This guy may be able to handle one Champion. But two? And the two that took down Team Rocket as a duo? Well, I think that together we've got this covered!" Blue smiled as Blastoise landed in front of him, Eevee jumping out of its Pokeball to land on Blastoise's head.

Brinstar
The spear stopped in midair, twirling around to deflect the energy shots. The white man summoned a storm of spears, sending them all at Samus.

Bowser's Castle - Mushroom Kingdom
"...I'm not quite sure what you mean by that...?" Captain Toad said questioningly.

Outside of Skyworld
"OW!" one of the Hewdraw Heads said, getting shot and falling off. "F*********************************K YOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUU!" it shouted, falling to land.
"I got it." Phosphera said with a smile, blasting after it.
"...it seems I am the last head left." the Hewdraw said. "P-perhaps we could work out a de-"
The Hewdraw was cut off as it was slashed in half by a black streak.
"HAHAHAH! Oh, that was BRUTAL!" Viridi said, laughing in delight. The black streak stopped, revealing the black-masked figure. He took a bow while levitating.

Mobius - Metropolis Zone
"Yo, Tails!" Sonic said with a smile, side-stepping out of the way of the falling Eggman.

Mushroom Kingdom-
"He-a said hello, and wants-a to know a-what you think of-a this-a place." Luigi replied to Captain Toad knowingly. "Being a-raised by a Yoshi a-has it's-a benefits!"

Brinstar-
Samus deftly twirled her whip around her, skillfully blocking each spear with ease. She remained stone-faced as she stopped. "So. A coward. Afraid to get his hands messy. Like I said. I don't have time for you."

Cerulean Cave-
Red gave Blue a quick, curt nod as he pulled up his hat slightly, holding a Pokeball in hand. Charizard landed beside him.
Mewtwo slowly drifted down to land a few meters before them, glaring, now angry.

Meta Knight was already on the Halberd again, but he then spotted one of the Meta-Knights coming up to him. "Sir Meta Knight!" The Blade Knight shouted. "What is it, Blade? Is there something wrong?" Meta Knight replied. "N-No.. It's not that, we spotted someone moving around in the interior of the ship!" The Blade Knight spoke. Without hesitation, Meta Knight walked off.

Outside of Skyworld
"Oh hey Viridi, you missed it." Dark Pit said, huffing a bit after the last Hewdraw head fell to the ground. "The Underworld Army is gone, NOW what do we do?" He asked.

Metropolis Zone
Tails helped Sonic up, using his power of flight. "See you, Eggman!" He shouted, chuckling a bit. "Waiiit! Don't just leave me here! Grrr!" Eggman exclaimed, stomping the ground. Once they made it to the surface, Tails smiled. "So, we beat Egghead again! Do you wanna head back to Emerald Hill?"

Mushroom Kingdom - Bowser's Castle
"Oh. It's, uh, pretty spooky." Captain Toad said. "Looks more dangerous than any of Wingot's forts, at least."

Brinstar
"Like I said. MAKE time." the white-masked foe said, sweeping his hands outwards to create a powerful and tumultuous gale. Everything in the room - except the man - was lifted into the air, where the white arrows stabbed all around.

Kanto - Cerulean Cave
"Hydro Pump!" Blue shouted, and Blastoise fired off powerful bursts of water. "Red, get your Pikachu to zap that liquid when I say!"

Outside of Skyworld
"We go liberate nature from multiversal oppression, and take down that pesky Palutena once and for all!" Viridi laughed.
"Indeed." the black figure said. "Dark Pit, correct? I am Tenebres. Lady Viridi has agreed to join our Cabal to liberate nature around the multiverse and take down any who oppose us. And since you are in her service, that means you will be joining us as well, correct?"

Mobius - Metropolis Zone
"I was actually thinking we could head back to Station Square and grab a chili dog or two." Sonic said with a smile. "I'm starving after smashing some of Eggman's robots."

Brinstar-
Samus this time deflected the spears with more ease than before. Seems defense in zero-gravity is a strong suit of hers. She only merely looked at Lumiere with a bored expression. "You're not really worth making time for."

Cerulean Cave-
Red gave a simple nod as he dropped the Pokeball he held, and out burst his Pikachu, which fired a volt of electricity into the water as it hurtled at Mewtwo, who raised his arm, and split the wave to go around him, but was suddenly struck down by a massive jolt of electricity as Pikachu used Thunderbolt.

Halberd-
Snake weaved around several more empty hall, before seeing someone approaching in the distance. Quickly, he dived into cover, pulling out his box.

"Great, let's go." Robin said before grabbing the reins on his horse. "Since we're near the base, I doubt that I will require to get on a horse again."

Abel City - 22XX

Axl jumped up to a building, scouting the area.

"Alright, now where is this Maverick." Axl said. "Hey, Palette. What am I even looking for?"

"Bzzt. I don't know, there's not much details was given about it."

"Well this will be a hard one." Axl sighed.

Skyworld

Pit flew through Skyworld with swift maneuvers, traversing within the clouds before flying down.

"Pit, the battle is going on down below. Stay cautious." Palutena warned.

"I don't get it? Why would the Underworld army start a fight with the Forces of Nature all of a sudden."

"No clue, but maybe you can find the cause." She said.

"Wait! Why do I have to find the reason for the skirmish?!" Pit exclaimed.

"Because you're the one who asked for the cause. So you should be the one to search for it." Palutena teased.

"Aw man..."

Brinstar
"Hmph. Then let's change that." Lumiere said with a smile. Snapping his fingers, arrows danced around the room... causing the cave to collapse.

Kanto - Cerulean Cave
The water that had gone around Mewtwo formed up into Vaporeon, who jumped onto Mewtwo's back. Transforming to Umbreon again, it bit down hard.

Outside of Skyworld
"Speaking of Palutena... Hey, Dark Pit! Phosphera! Palutena's pretty little lap dog is here! Let's give him a warm welcome!" Viridi said, laughing evilly. A ton of Nuttskis begun to fly towards Pit.

Ylisse - Halidom of Ylisse - Shepards' Camp
"Yep." Lucina said with a smile. She ran over and grabbed Falchion before returning it to her scabbard, then walking back over to Robin.

Brinstar-
Samus quickly darted away, immediately recognizing the scenario, diving into the nearest tunnel, away from the cave in, separating herself from Lumiere.

Cerulean Cave-
Red smirked as Charizard rose into the air, and quickly dive bombed Mewtwo.
But the legendary had had enough of it.
Quickly, Mewtwo reached back, grabbing Umbreon by the head, and slamming it into the ground as he brought up his fist. With a loud *crack*, Charizard was flung back into a wall after the uppercut.
A bead of sweat formed on Red's brow. "..."

"Speak of the actual devil. It's the copy." Dark Pit spoke, after seeing Pit flying near them. "Shall we?" He quickly asked, holding his EZ Cannon in his hand, preparing to shoot.

Mushroom Kingdom
"(Well.. I have to admit, if I'm in Toad Town all alone, it IS a little creepy.)" Yoshi quietly muttered.

Halberd
Meta Knight was walking in the interior, no Galaxia or nothing. He was just looking for whoever was in the ship, his cape covering most of his mask. He went past Snake, but he didn't notice him just yet.

Metropolis Zone
"Well, sure. I guess I can understand that." Tails said, smiling and quickly walking away from the huge factory. After a while, he'd arrived at Station Square, which was full of people as usual.
