Shiny Pokemon are supposed to be stronger, so are male Pokemon in gold/silver (Some Say), some say people took it out in making of ROMs, but I still believe it, if you want all Pokemon in Ruby/Sapphire here are some codes to do it: 8636b1d6, ca4ab2a9, 18452a7d, dde55bcc. They are trying to keep it SECRET as in the stats stay the same, and only they look different, but here are all Alleged Shiny Pokemon Secrets: Level Up faster or gain more exp, more powerful, faster, and more defense. You help us decide, me, I have the shiny code(s) and all my Pokemon except Blaziken are shiny, and I've had them all before, so post your Pokemon team, your proof and opinion.
