Sprites and Lie cake.

I'm really just starting out my sprite... career? Whatever you want to call it, I'm still a newbie.
I usually crap all my work unto the innocent patrons of DeviantArt, but I thought I might as well join a good spriting community.

So here is my sprite:

I must say that your sprite is quite good. I really like the overall shading. The bombs have been made quite well, too.

Just remember to shade the knee caps in a bit lighter shade than the rest of the leg. Just to show that they are a bit more projectile than the rest of the leg. Even though the legs of the character do look very good even like this, just consider this tip, too.

To tell the truth, the shading was the easy part (and the hair I just kind of threw the shades in with my eyes closed). What I had trouble with was the pose. I used a sprite sheet for a reference, and tried to mix and match parts, but I ended up redrawing them all. Cept the shoes, I had a sprite with those shoes on them already.
