StellarWind's Sprites (Yes, I have some of THOSE too).

I figured I might as well let my old old ooooooooooold sprite thread stay dead and start a new one.

What I'll be posting here, mostly, is 4th-gen-style trainer sprites (so my old old oooooold works won't be here). Sometimes I'll toss in some PokeMon sprites, for the eff of it.

Note in advance: I do not take requests, and I don't believe I ever will. I need to be in a very specific mindset to do sprites. XP

So first thing's first - my latest work.

My latest PRP character, Gad (aka Thirdspace Gad, as he's not RPE Gad or Gad Sylvanhart). Complete with overworld and VS sprite. Hurr.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. I'm especially impressed by the sprites from Miato - they look so official. Colibreon, Ennulithe and Basileaf just blow me away, especially Basileaf. I like how he has those faint little spots. For something so small you got all the lovely details on him

Also, Basileaf looks awesome, and the wings on Colibreon are well sprited ^^

But yeah, the Miato sprites never cease to be epic, and they really are nicely sprited ^^

Oh man, I love Glen! I love the details on the guitar, and then the character is just cool in general.
Basileaf is probably my favorite sprite out of all of them. It's little spots, leaves and the fact that it's a cool dino make me very happy.
With all the rest of your sprites, I love all the little intricate details that make them all really cool. And yeah.

I remember some of these from, like, waaaaay long ago!

Anyways, I'm loving that sprite of Mari and Tiermes; they're both so well done and stuffs. Tiermes especially, probably due to his shading and markings and pose and whatnot.

Colibreon looks soooo cute and stuffs.

I like your trainer sprites a lot, though something about your shading makes me feel kinda meh... but the overall quality of your sprites is actually pretty good. ^^

And I remember that Mudkip sprite from ages ago, but it still amuses me to no end. XD

All in all, I love your sprites and I think I will forever. Keep spriting, Stel!

Meet Professor Erin Redwood of Jade Town! Either in her late twenties or her early thirties, Professor Erin Redwood is one of the youngest of major PokeMon researchers.

But don't let her age fool you - she is the latest in a very long line of researchers bearing the name of Redwood, and is a very accomplished researcher on her own right. Her most major contribution is the GPDS - Global PokeMon Database Server - which contains research data accumulated by herself and other researchers, easily accessible through every Miato-issue PokeDex.

Actually, Professor Redwood mostly specializes in PokeMon Biology and PokeMon-Habitat interactions. She does a hell of a lot of fieldwork - actually, within the 'game' concept, you receive your starter from an assistant of hers, as she herself is currently investigating a mass migration of Stantler in Quartz Forest and reports of what seems like an outbreak of a new (or otherwise very rare) species.

As she does a lot of fieldwork, she is quite an adept trainer, too. In fact, there are other places where you're likely to meet her - which may yet be surprising...

Your premise behind Professor Redwood's personality and character makes her seem far more interesting than most of the other Prof.'s there are not running around. I can guess that in the 'game' aspect, the player would run into Redwood in a variety of strange and wonderful places; perhaps even battle if you're lucky?

Also, she has bright red hair. Really, really bright. It looks a little odd with her purple top...

Nice, a Professor who actually likes to go in field! I would love to read some bit of story about what she does.

The male Miato player character is quite nice, I agree with the rest. However, the right arm looks a little awkward.

The female Trainer's left knee looks a little odd. I see some odd, green pixels around that area.

I love your Miato sprites, Stel~ I would totally play as the male playable charry because I luffles his hair and his outfit (plus I have a sort of tradition for playing as the male character in my games. XD). Professor Redwood is really well done as wells.

Professor Redwood intrigues me, I'd kind of sort of love it if she was in a game, or the anime, or something, as the fact of all the work she actually does sounds pretty awesomesauce.

The gym leaders are simply incredible. Luna's my favorite, 'cause hippies can be cool. Erol's cool lookingm too, what with the thingy on his head and all.

As for the overworld's, I'm officially getting excited, now. Though who's the one on the far left...? Chi? That looks Spork-like....

Anyway, your spriting skills are simply incredible. You're an amazing artist, Stel ^^
