DPPt/HGSS Sub Torterra

I'm trying to make a Torterra moveset with Substitute in, designed to use the Overgrow ability to sweep opponents. Problem is, I can't come up with anything solid that would be able to make up for Torterra's 4x Ice weakness, preferably without having to Baton Pass an obscene amount of Speed to it beforehand. Here's what I have so far:

Torterra @ Salac Berry/Liechi Berry/Yache Berry
Overgrow
Adamant

- Seed Bomb
- Stone Edge
- Leech Seed/Earthquake/Curse
- Substitute

Any suggestions are welcome. Substitute MUST be in the moveset.

Torterra@Leftovers[messes with overgrow] Liechi/Starf berry if you like trying your luck
Careful Nature, 252 EVs in Special defense and HP

Seed Bomb makes use of Overgrow, but Earthquake offers better coverage with a rock attack, I think. if you go for Earthquake, I'd suggest Leftovers over the berries, since using Overgrow isn't necessary.

Jolly Nature, 252 Speed EVs, the rest how you like them best.

Rock Slide [or if you still like it more, Stone Edge]
Rock Polish

Kind of self explanatory here....


Torterra can also learn Amnesia through breeding, as a note to keep in mind.
