Can Hitmontop even learn Sucker Punch?
Yeah. There was a Korean giveaway in Black and White. And it's also a Gen 4 move tutor move in Heart Gold and Soul Silver.

Alright. Thanks a ton for this! I started playing through Soul Silver, but I realized I had to beat the entire game (and Kanto) before getting to the tutor.
