Air cutter
X-scissor

Scizor, Bashful
Attacks:
Iron Head
X-scissor
Night Slash
Swords Dance

Frosslass, Quiet
Attacks:
Crunch
Ice Fang
Wake up Slap
Shadow ball

Luxray, Adamant
Attacks:

Crunch
Thunder Fang
Iron Tail

Ninetales, Impish
Attacks:
Flamethrower
Dark pulse
Solar Beam
Dig

Kabutops, Gentle
Attacks:
Night Slash
Mud Shot
Surf
Ancient Power

any comments please ^^

Some of the natures could use some work.

Zangoose would rather have an Adamant or Jolly Nature.
Scizor could do with a Impish or Adamant Nature.
Frosslass can use either a Modest or Timid Nature.
Ninetales uses a Modest or Timid Nature.
Kabutops can use quite a few Natures. It all depends on its ability.

Reading the stuff on this page can give you some stuff about EVs. For more specific info about IVs and EVs, follow this link.

Anywho, Frosslass:

Frosslass@Wise Glasses/Choice Specs
Modest/Timid Nature
252 EVs S.Atk/252 EVs Spd/6 EVs HP
-Shadow Ball
-Ice Beam/Blizzard
-Thunderbolt
-Psychic/HP Fighting/Water Pulse

Shadow Ball gets STAB.
Ice Beam and Blizzard both get STAB. Ice Beam is slightly weaker, but gets more PP and better accuracy. Blizzard is quite more powerful, but has only 5 PP and 70% accuracy, but gets 100% if you can get Hail on the field.
Thunderbolt gets good coverage on types with Ice Beam.
Psychic hits some notable Pokemon that resist her core moves. HP Fighting gives decent coverage with Shadow Ball and Water Pulse is mainly filler.

Here's one for Zangoose:

Zangoose @ Salac Berry
Adamant
Immunity

- Flail
- Night Slash
- Swords Dance
- Endure

Zangoose is, in my opinion, the best Flail user in the game, due to it getting STAB on Flail and also getting all the necessary moves to make best use of it. Basically, Swords Dance up until the point where the next attack would kill Zangoose, then Endure the would-be killing blow. You will now have 1 HP, a Speed boost from Salac Berry, some considerable Attack boosts from Swords Dance, and (with STAB) a 300 Power Flail. You may now start murdering people. Night Slash is for Ghosts, since they are immune to Flail.

Ruko

Bearded Trout Warrior
Kabutops@Damp Rock/Muscle Band/Life Orb
Adamant Nature [Impish works with this too, Adamant just gives extra attack rather than defense]
Swift Swim Ability
Rain Dance
Waterfall
Rock Slide/Stone Edge
X-Scissor

A speedy Kabutops. Waterfall will be your main weapon here; A power of 180 after STAB and Rain as well as a 20% flinch chance. Rock Slide over Stone edge if you like the better accuracy and 30% flinch, or Stone Edge if you can spare the accuracy for extra power and high critical. X-Scissor covers grass types that pose a huge threat to Kabutops, especially Ludicolo in this case. Aerial Ace will also cover grass and give you fighting coverage too... however, waterfall will do more damage than Aerial ace on all fighting types except Toxicroak and Poliwrath [who can both absorb water attacks].
EVs
252 attack
52 in speed [add four for every point under 31 your speed IV is]

then whatever is left after the give and take of speed can be split between defenses and HP as you see fit. With the speed training I've given, you'll be guaranteed to outspeed even Electrode so long as it's raining... KOing it in one hit, as well as other swift swimmers could be an entirely different matter.

Hmmm...Luxray looks like it could do some mixed sweeping.

Luxray@Life Orb
252 S.Atk/80 Spd (+4 for every one IV point you are away from 31) or 208 Spd (+4 for every one IV point you are away from 31)/Rest into Atk
Rash/Naive Nature
Rivalry With a male Luxray/Intimidate
-Thunderbolt/Discharge
-Ice Fang
-HP Grass/Crunch/Quick Attack/Signal Beam
-Crunch/Quick Attack/Superpower/Return

The Speed EVs are for two different situations. The first one with 80 Spd EVs will get you to hit 100 Speed at Level 50, which is enough to outspeed most Swampert. The second set with 208 Speed lets you outspeed some defensive Base 95 Speed Pokemon and Max Speed Neutral Natured base 55 Pokemon. I like Rivalry with a Male Pokemon, just cause most Pokemon are male in Battling are male (Most notablte Fossils and Starters, among others), but Intimidate is just as good.

Thunderbolt is a great move, while Discharge is slightly weaker, it has a 30% chance of Paralyzing the opponent, which helps Luxray's low Speed stat.
Ice Fang gives great coverage with an Electrical attack.
HP Grass is the only way to deal with Quagsire, Gastrodon and Swampert.
The rest are fillers.
Crunch is for Ghosts and Psychics.
Quick Attack is to finish off Pokemon.
Return is now Luxray's second strongest move, and is fairly reliable.
Superpower and Signal Beam are Platinum move tutors, but if you can wait that long, they have uses.
Superpower is now Luxray's strongest move, but cripples the attack stat.
Signal Beam also hits Ludicolo harder than Ice Fang would.

thank you for all the help, i'll try and get those natures and then add in those moves, any ideas on ninetales or Scizor with those natures that Jet gave? if you could, i'd be very grateful ^^

I've been thinking of training a Ninetails, so here is what I was planning to do;

Ninetails @ Wise Glasses
Timid/Modest
- Flamethrower
- Energy Ball
- Extrasensory
- Hypnosis/Will-O-Wisp/Nasty Plot
EVs: 6HP, 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed

Flamethrower for STAB
Energy Ball to cover all Ninetail's weaknesses
Extrasensory is a good Psychic attack. It also stops other Fire types from walling you since they resist both Flamethrower and Energy Ball.
Hypnosis/Will-O-Wisp for either sleep or burn. Nasty Plot would increase Ninetail's average Special Attack, although with her defenses she may have problems setting it up, especially with her speed.

A pretty Standard Ninetails really :p Hypnosis and Energy Ball are both egg moves.

Ruko

Bearded Trout Warrior
Scizor@Life Orb
Adamant Nature
Technician Ability
  Swords Dance
  Quick Attack
  Metal Claw/Iron Head
  X-Scissor

Metal Claw will be weaker than Iron Head, but has a chance of raising your attack.. Metal claw also has a small chance at missing, compared to Iron Head's perfect accuracy. X-Scissor is a powerful STAB, and quick attack makes use of Technician and Scizor's high attack power.

You can gain unexpected Steel coverage if you're willing to swap Swords Dance for Brick Break or Rock Smash. I was going to say to get rid of your Steel STAB, but I realized that would leave you openly walled by ghosts >>

The reason I gave Rock Smash a mention here, was because it has 60 power after Technician, not great, but people abuse Aerial Ace and it has that power. Rock Smash's effect also lowers defense 50% of the time, making for an even better Steel breaker. Brick Break has 75 power, but you won't get that effect with it. Might be better to give a Muscle Band rather than a life orb if you go for the Rock Smash path.

[edit]
PM me if you'd like, and I'll try to explain EVs to you
