During World War two a group of Ally soldiers led an attack in the small town of St. Antia in France. Instead of finding Germans they were attacked by something much worse. After three days of battling the shadowy figures they were rescued by an alien known as a Masqueran or Queran as the Allies called them. The Queran explained that the beasts were the Utharow soldiers though the Allies called them shadow. They destroyed the Masqueran's a century prior. The remaining Masqueran's spread threw the galaxy to help others. With their help the Allies were able to create machines known as Alphas. Immediately afterwards they created the United Ally Defense force. They worked in secrecy as to not make the public freak out. Everything was going fine until the shadows attacked Ukraine in 1986. Do to this the Warsaw countries joined the defense force creating the Global Defense Force. There have been major attacks every now and then but the GDF has been able to keep the attacks hidden. Their soldiers cover as actors, magicians everything that will make people happy.
Each squad is made out of seven people including they're commander. While the defense squad is important they only play a small part in the over all group

They were six feet tall machines they resembled humans. Each Alpha has two forms their humanoid form and a aero dynamic form. Each Alpha is personalized by their pilots giving them whatever weapons they want as well as they're colors.
