A reminder: If you want to ask an RP thread creator if you can join their RP, do so in private - via conversation or profile messages - or via the thread's discussion thread, if one exists. Do NOT ask if you can join an RP on the RP thread itself! This leads to a lot of unnecessary OOC chatter and that's not what the RP boards are for.

Vera gasped as she saw the island of Tendura. She beamed and practically jumped from the deck of the ferry onto the dock, holding her mimikyu Hex. The rest of her team remained on the deck, waiting for their trainer to say her famous- "Roll call!~" Vera turned back to the ferry, still smiling widely. "Spooky!" The girl's gengar disappeared and appeared next to her, saluting her. "Beachy!" The palossand on the deck floated over, sprinkling some sand in a trail before it landed on the dock as well. "Circe!" A mismagius poofed next to Vera and bowed, giggling a bit. "Grimsby!" An unamused dusknoir followed suit, crossing its arms. "And Tut!" A cofagrigus jumped from the deck onto the dock, smiling a bit. Hex wiggled about in Vera's arms. "! Oh, right. And Hex!" The mimikyu nuzzled her. "Okie dokie!~ Let's go sign in!~" She laughed as she started rushing off to the main desk area.

Once she was all signed in and ready to go, Vera saw two trainers at a park bench. "They look friendly..." she thought as she walked over. Making the traditional Alolan greeting with her arms, she smiled at them. "Alola! I'm Vera, from Alola!~ Nice to meetcha!~" All her pokemon waved at the other trainers' pokemon, with the exception of Grimsby, who was already tired of Vera's far too peppy attitude. He just looked them over coolly, knowing full well that he could probably easily beat them all in a battle single-handedly, though that went against Vera's whole aspect of a "team".
