the server wont let me make my trainer card?

i want to make my trainer card
but the pokecharms.com server wont let me and the sever says its forbidden
why is this happening? > :'(

Well I think that Prof Cinders said that the TCM hasn't been uploaded to the new server yet and something about a server transfer. But I think that the modulators already know about this problem and that they try to fix it so don't worry =).

EDIT here is a quote from her:
