Year XXXX, the world has ended, and the remnants of humanity has fled into deep space, searching for a new planet. They had found an inhabitable planet XXXX light years away. So in order to live long enough to get there, they put themselves into deep freeze, and downloaded their conscience into a virtual world composed of 7 layers of programming called ''POVR'' or ''Planes Of Virtual Reality'', each program generates different things, the first few (one trough four) ones control virtual time, virtual physics, virtual laws of reality, while the later layers takes care of things like physical matter (buildings, the ground, the sky, etc...).
The government issued an hire to this day ''Programmers'', who can control these POVRs to maintain society. (So Super Skilled Programmers can make buildings and land appear with just a matter of hours). But criminals with Programmer knowledge can also use them to reek untold amounts of havoc. Even the highest tier Programmer can only access to up to the fourth Layer of POVR, meaning the most they can do is control the time if necessary, go beyond that and you start tearing the fabrics of reality itself within this infinite virtual universe. However, rumors were heard of an organisation bent of accessing the first layer of POVR and become the Gods of this Virtual universe. That's where You come in. As a ragtag group of former Programmers, you set out of find and stop this organisation and maintain peace for mankind before your arrival upon a new world.

Age: 150 (mentally 15)

Appearance: exactly like my profile pic, but minus the bunny and bow.
Personality: Passive yet energetic
Occupation: Apprentice Authority Programmer (basically the police force)
POVR access level: 5th level, takes him about 5 minutes to program a gun into existence.

Personality: Kind and smart. He does have a reckless side though.
POVR access level: 4th level. He uses shortcuts to program things in causing him to be one of the fastest creators.

Yup, that's how most programs work. First, you program the basic physics, the hit detection, etc, hence the first layer, then you refine said physics, hence the second layer, then you apply said physics to the frames that will later become objects, hence the third layer, then the time, Aka the fourth layer, then you give the objects a visible model, hence the fifth layer, followed by the sound, touch and other senses, the sixth layer and finally the extra detail and lighting effects, the seventh layer.

Really depends on your skill, as changing those programs without permission is basically hacking. This world works like a huge account, so if you know the password for the account that controls time, you only need a few seconds, like setting up a calendar or setting the speed of time. But otherwise, you basically need the hack it, taking well other half an hour. Meaning if you try to use something you never used, it take half an hour to set up at first, then you can just do it in seconds.

I should probably add "occupation" to my character bios since only current Programmers know the password to access and modify POVRs.

Welp, looks like it's time to make the main antagonist.

Name: Prime (his code name, his real one will be revealed later if I feel like it)

Appearance: ten foot tall, can make himself taller if he feels like it, wears a futuristic phantom of the opera mask and his entire body is a black, unrendered, glitching silhouette.
Personality: A diabolical arrogant mastermind, cunning, daring, always ready to risk his life to try out new abilities, and a quick learner.
POVR access level: low 4 to begin with, slowly progresses to high 3 and possibly even low 2. Always finds new ways to incorporate his codes faster, allowing him to alter his size, create A.I soldiers, generating large weapons, hacking time to speed things up, etc... gains the ability to ?#%^€{}~?$&?!!? Towards the end of the RP, assuming we can get to the end without everyone losing interest.

Raden made it himself. They are mainly modifiers for his body. So if needed, Raden could nearly instantly gain enormous power by running a pre-recorded program.

So basically, your question is how long it takes to destroy a pre recorded program you made? In that case, it's as easy as deleting a post, just select and delete it. Otherwise, you need to hack into the pre recorded program to destroy it, or, if the program is physical, like a tank or a Ai, you arcane overpower it with your own program, like killing enemies in SAO. The whole point of this series is being able to created anything to defeat your enemies, who can also create anything.

No. It's a pre-recorded program stored so he can use it without retyping or programming. Like copy pasting.
