Well, fits in this section since it's about the Wi-Fi system.

I recently heard you can trade non-Sinnoh pokemon even if you don't have the national dex yet, and since I'm planning on restarting soon; it would be nice to get my ideal team right from the start from their eggs, rather than when after I've beaten the Elite Four.

So would I be able to get Torchic, Rotom, Carvanha, Ralts and Togepi as soon as I unlock the bottom floor of the pokemon center? (In their eggs btw?)

I don't need one made (yet) just wanted to be sure I can trade non-Sinnoh pokemon pre-National Dex before I get all happy and restart.
