This Role Play doesn't belong to none of the Marvel or DC universes,so just to let you know.

Story:
Year is 2020. Earth is still under control of "Union of PD" but there is much more crime then before. "Union" decides to do something about that. Because of that they wanted to make Team of different people that will help them fight crime. They wanted to gather them from all over world. In the same time one of leader of drug dealers was trying to make something unseen. After accident that hapened in his lab all of his men died. Only he stayed alive. But he felt different. He could do things that he couldnt before. He became Meganian. (That is main bad guy)

Rules:
1.All of Charms rules
2.Post at least once in two days
3.Dont make your character super overpowered
4.At the end of Your Character Sheet put Mtn Dew or Doritos in any sentence form
5.Try to spell words corectly, but if you don't we won't chop your head off :D
6.Romance is allowed but not further kissing
7.There will be at least 4 superheroes and 1 superheroin (girl superhero)
8.If this RP becomes good I might think of sequel

Appearance: Brown hair, green eyes, 6'7" height, almost unnoticeable scar over right eye
Personality: Kind, smart, energetic
SuperPower: Turning into Humanoid Dragon. His skin becomes brown. He get tail and wings which gives him ability to fly. But his most important power is fire spitting.
Weaknes: His weaknesses are that he is easily took down by element that his cure was made of. Few substances has it and they are often used in war. He has a back pain after he flies a lot.
Costume:All he has is his pants with big blue D on sides
Back Story: He was borned in small town in Russia. There he spent his 17 years of life. After that his parent sent him on collage in USA. With 20 he finished his first collage from Psychic. After that he had a lot of interest in Genetic engineering. He started that collage when he was 21 he got deadly disease that none doctors knew what it was. He read 1000 of books, before he found something that might help him. It was substance Magmogenium. It was finding on few places on Earth. Only small number of people knew for it. He went on one Volcano in Mexico where he almost died while trying to get it. After making cure he felt better. He went in hospital on check. Disease was gone. But while days was pasing he had more and more side effects. Until one day he didnt turned in creature that looked to him like dragon. Whit weeks passing he learned how to control his transformation. Today he has 22 and he finished his both collages with higest grade. He works at home programming 6 hours on day. In his free time he studies about his transfirmation trying to fix it so he can be normal again

Personality: Calm, collected, cares about his friends.
SuperPower: Molecular Acceleration - the power to take the potential energy stored in an object and convert it to kinetic energy thus charging that item with explosive results. He prefers to charge smaller objects, such as his ever-present playing cards, as the time required to charge them is greatly reduced and they are much easier for him to throw. The only real limitation to this ability is the time required to charge the object. The larger it is the more time it takes. Most charging takes place through direct skin contact. The power of his explosions is dependent on the mass of the object he is charging, for example, a charged playing card explodes with the force of a grenade. He can also use his powers to accelerate an object's kinetic energy instead of converting its potential energy, for example, he can charge his bones staff with enough power to level a house. His ability to tap energy also grants him superhuman agility and dexterity which gives him an added edge he has used to his advantage by developing a unique acrobatic fighting style.
Weakness: When angry can tend to make things explode without meaning to.

Backstory: Was born in Vegas, was abandoned, he grew up in a casino and learnt to gamble from a young age. He soon became a very good gambler and by 17 was one of the richest people in Vegas but rumors were spread about him cheating and he lost his money he left Vegas and moved to NYC where he continues to gamble in local bars and clubs. He discovered his powers at the age of 15 bit kept them hidden while secretly practicing.
