If you want Action Replay codes, then please read this sticky. Pokecharms is not a place that welcomes Action Replay codes.
If you want to know how to buy an Action Replay, go to the official AR website: if you're in the US or if you're in Europe. If you live somewhere other than the US or Europe, go to a large retailer of video games and ask there. They'll either sell you one or know where you could get one. eBay is also an option.
With the general level of spelling and grammar in your post, you're lucky to only get one warning and not an instant ban.
