    Do not make additional accounts. You are only allowed one account on Pokecharms.com. Your second account has been merged into this one. If you want to change your account name use the name change feature. If you lost access to this account, use the password reset feature.

    If you used an email address that is no longer accessible (or never was) when creating your account and therefore can't reset your password - only then you may create another account - contact a staff member immediately upon that happening so we can merge your old account into the new one so you won't lose your content. Otherwise? No second account shenanigans are permitted.

    Oh. Well I forgot my password and my email won’t let me in so I can’t access my old account. I will ask if they can merge the two
