Those wings gain the strength the be able to carry someone across vast distances They can use it more efficiently in battle than running on air does, and they can actually fly like most birds. Their wings are pretty useless, otherwise XD no way to attack with those XD just think of an ostrich and a dodo bird with multiple heads XD That's them.

Give them strength in their wings, and they'll be able to fly. Their feet can help them fly even more by running on air, but it only helps with speed.

Thank you A surfing Pikachu is basically a Pikachu from Alola and a Flying Pikachu is just one with balloons XD it only hovers the Pikachu over the ground and is able to hop along the ground to attack at the regular Pikachu speed XD There's a buckle that has a button on the belt of the thing Pikachu's wearing, and I theorise that it helps with inflating the balloons XD

Or it could have two buttons that help with inflating and deflating the balloons. And the strings are industrial grade tubes that control the input and output of air XD But their so thin because they're supposed to trick the eye XD

By the way, do you have any ideas on how one would go about calculating how quickly Doduo/Dodrio's feet would have to be moving in order to gain any lift...?

(98 ft/sec = 70 mph) That is XD and I'm unable to find anything about air XD about water, yes. Catching fire, yes. Dodge a bullet, yes. Igniting a cigarette, yes.

I understand it would probably relate directly to the air pressure in a column directly down towards the ground from the dodo's feet equaling it's own weight based on how fast and powerfully the foot is thrust downward, assuming that the air doesn't just escape off to the sides when at too high an elevation. Assuming that this doesn't just come off a a meaningless jumble of words...?

yea, but that's for a human XD I found out from reading an article about "Can Flash fly?" and no he can't. He'd be able to flutter jump (like Yoshi, or Doduo/Dodrio), but his feet would have to stay between mach 0.52 and mach 0.95.

If they break the sound barrier, the air molecules will be so heated, that they'll be tar-like and the limbs will then just stop moving for a brief second, causing fire to erupt on the body and limbs to experience g-forces from going super fast to super slow.

Of course, the Flash can just make mini-vortexes by spinning his arms around in the air so he can hover XD but that's something else entirely XD

Flash is 6'2" and weighs 185 lbs.
Doduo is 4'07" and weighs 86.4 lbs.
Dodrio is 5'11" and weighs 187.8 lbs.

Flash has human feet as proportionate to a 6'2" tall human.
Doduo and Dodrio have 3 talons and a back talon and the spread between the toes are extremely wide.

So from all this information, (since wide toed feet are easier to catch air than a suit covering a human's feet XD), Doduo and Dodrio would easily be able to fly, if their feet can go around half and almost the speed of sound XD
