Yea, but he has a suit on that reduces the amount of G-forces on his body and reduces the amount of friction felt on his body, so his face could still be there. Unless you're talking about something that happened to him beforehand or something XD

Ostrich legs don't move very fast, so it exactly isn't possible. It physically isn't possible for a Doduo/Dodrio to fly/hover with the flutter jump.

Doduo's top speed in Km/hr is right about 95 then, so 100's not too far off...

I guess the added weight, height, and another head makes it less aerodynamic, making it unable to run that fast. Plus, it's more aggressive than a Doduo, meaning that it's legs would be used for charging at prey or scaring away predators instead of running away. Doduo is smaller, has less drag (less heads), and they aren't as aggressive as Dodrio so its muscles are more devoted to actual running.

So you know that Blue has a Rattata, it was at level 15, and then you find the Raticate at level 16.. Rattata evolve into Raticate at level 20, so he caught a different Pokemon. At St. Anne, if you had "killed" his Raticate, his other Pokemon would've died as well. Not just his Raticate.
