    I've isolated the issue here – it's on the server side, but it's going to take longer to fix than I currently have. I've put in a workaround for now, but I'll look at it properly later on.

    You need to export the file as a JPG or PNG. The .AI file you’re trying to upload is huge, contains all the layers and can’t be read by browsers, so it wouldn’t work if uploaded here. :)
