Not yet, I believe they'll be sent sometime after the window to apply for the codes has closed. Just keep your eyes open for it! If you are getting emails from the Pokémon company it should mean that the codes are coming.- Hollow Omega

Many people do however, I got the Zarude. I think the problem is with some peoples' settings. Sometimes toggling the newsletter doesn't work and you have to log back in, turn it off and then turn it on again. :?- Hollow Omega
