I haven't really kept count, because I release most of them immediately. I'm at 76 candy right now, but it's gotten to the point that each power-up costs two + 1300 dust.
Put a little Dust into an already high-level Eevee I found since I have nearly enough candy to evolve it.
I'm enjoying it quite a bit, yes. Walked until our legs hurt yesterday and then woke up hurting even more before work that night.
Level 11 now, working on a Gyarados, and just learned one of its potential special moves is twister :'|
I don't think this should result in a disqualification or otherwise - the person changing the opponent's ability is 100% to blame for the change, so I wouldn't say they could claim it causes unfairness or otherwise.
That aside though:

After dabbling with teambuilding, a few things worth considering in STAB-only
Refridgerate, Pixilate and Aerilate - the pokemon with them are not normal typed, but the move comes out as matching a STAB

My vote goes into STAB-only, I'd really like to see how this plays out in reality and it's stuck with me in my head since I made that earlier post.
