    I just tested your permissions, and they're acting normally. If the system isn't letting you actually do anything – and I see no evidence that it's letting you do anything you're not supposed to – I suspect it's your proxy acting up again.

    These anniversary events are for the sixth generation games (XY and ORAS), rather than Sun and Moon. They have their own set of distributions, starting with Munchlax, which is also available now. :)
