    Can my character be like an admin test subject for a Hu-mon (Pokehuman but it sounds WAY better)? As far as I can tell, Hu-mon have much greater power than normal Pokemon, so being a Hu-mon would have a huge power spike!

    Definitely. It would actually be pretty great for herding Tauros, Miltank, and other Pokemon like that because of moves like Attract and the ability to puff up to 20 times its size.
