Welcome back to Pokécharms! We've recently launched a new site and upgraded forums, so there may be a few teething issues as everything settles in. Please see our Relaunch FAQs for more information.
The boy had been walking for quite some time now, searching for a sign of life in the wast field. He made out some silhouettes, but they turned out to be illusions in the confused boy's mind. He didn't remember his name, or anything about himself, really. He nicknamed himself "North" for now...
Nickname: North
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Appearance: He has tan skin and messy brown hair that almost reaches to his shoulders. He stands at average height and weight, and has a good build. His green eyes shine with passion.
Clothing: A blue, short-sleeved jacket, black jeans and black-blue...
Sadly, this isn't about time... Look at X and Y, they modeled 700+ Pokemon from scratch, and did about 7-8 animations counting Pokemon Amie. It took them 3 years to do this.
However, GF has been working on Sword and Shield for 4 years, and all we saw was reused models and animations for Pokémon...
Oh, and just going to drop Bea here:
The number "193" on Bea's shorts can be read in Japanese as goroawase for 戦 ikusa, meaning "fight".
And her Japanese name comes from kidney bean, Saitō, and of course Bea comes from bean.
Also from Bulbapedia:
The number "291" on Allister's shorts can be read in Japanese as goroawase for 憎い nikui, meaning "hateful".
So Allister is a hateful onion!
Gigantamax Drednaw and Alcremie: Changing the design somewhat drastically and still managing to look nice.
Gigantamax Corviknight: I have pretty wings and BABIES
No offence to anyone who likes D-Corviknight, it just seems lame compared to the others in my opinion..
Please remember that in RSE, missing Pokemon were still coded in, and able to be transferred from FRLG. Sword and Shield basically snaps them out of existence, with absolutely no way to get them, even with Pokemon Home.
