    I think it has been confirmed, although I don't have the original source. Serebii is reporting it, but I don't think they worked it out. The Friend Safari thing is a rumour, but it's extremely likely considering the rate people are running into shinies there.

    Sorry, I'm a bit confused as to why you have Dazzling Gleam over Moonblast? Gardevoir learns Moonblast naturally and it has 15 higher base power and a chance to lower the opponent's Sp. Attack. All you need to get it is a Heart Scale (or level it up to 85 if you're trying to save up).
