Welcome back to Pokécharms! We've recently launched a new site and upgraded forums, so there may be a few teething issues as everything settles in. Please see our Relaunch FAQs for more information.
I'm currently dealing with hours-long internet blackouts. I don't have an ETA for when that will stop yet. I will do my best to make posts anyway, but they may be later than expected.
Edit: @BogdanBug I love that image of Hana. She would absolutely dress up like a grass trainer to lull fire...
Oh, no.
It was either the fiftieth or the one hundredth time Hana finished her rounds about the girls' dormitories and all the facilities it offered, when she got a good look at a clock. Only a few minutes left to eat? Ugh, she wasn't going to get to the cafeteria and finish a meal in that...
Actually, EmoKitty, I think he'd like Sam. The reason he wouldn't like Ahi isn't immediately apparent. It has something to do with a part of Sulfur that he keeps close to his chest, which is hinted at in his and Brim's profiles, but not stated in so many words.
I think Sulfur would wholly dislike Ahi. I'll explain more in PMs if someone's super interested in why, but if this app is accepted*, I'd like the reasons to come up in RP rather than me just explaining it outright in the discussion thread for everyone to see. I'd like to have some surprises...
Sleep was for the weak and the prepared. Hanabi Igarashi was neither.
What she was, however, was pacing in and out of every facility in the girls' dormitories. By six in the morning, she already changed out of her orientation day clothes and into a formal set befitting such a prestigious...
I am so, so sorry for everything Monty is going to go through. Well, no, I'm not. Rest in pepperoni. He's saddled with a sleep-deprived loser who is unworthy of this school.
New day, new clothing description. Hana is the worst character I have ever written and you're welcome.
Rustle, rustle.
The Espurr's flat ears very nearly perked up-- She nearly blasted the garbage bin to smithereens, all because she heard something dig through papers and old wrappers. She stepped forward on her hind legs, as far as the rope would let her go.
"Excuse me," she said to the...
I'm going to wait for the next day to be described. I got way too excited about being able to RP again before, but I'll try to slow my roll.
Also, there is at least one character who not gone to their room.
That's a bit large for a dorm room, Zman. I don't think even the fanciest school in the most remote of places has living rooms inside of dorm rooms, though they do sometimes have kitchenettes. (usually in colleges) Dorms are usually just bedrooms and sometimes have attached bathrooms.
I mean, it's fine if it's changed, but I guess that was something I was excited for. I've actually never done a private school RP before, but I'm used to seeing them have that dynamic. I imagine that the rooms are about the size of what a cheap motel room might be, if they're singles. Smaller...
Outdoorsmanship. Maybe that would be a good class for Hana, too; it needed less theoretical application than some of the other classes in the guidebook, which meant she could learn naturally! Heh. Naturally. Still, if she was going to be a real trainer, this class was going to be even more...
@PlayfulFox47 Nightfall has some big shoes (flippers?) to fill here. He'll want her to be strong, and he'll want to make sure she's doing what's best for the village, so he'll probably end up questioning her decisions all the time. He doesn't respect her yet, but he's open to getting her to earn...
Oh, no, I was talking about Uli. The kindly old lady who set this whole place up is the only one (other than his cat daughter) who Sulfur shows consistent respect to. She kind of made all of this possible in the first place; he'd be pretty silly not to.
Edit for more clarification: I think...
Hana rubbed her hands together intently as if she was trying to start a fire with only two sticks and a bundle of dry grass. Battling class... Maybe she and Pocchi hadn't been in a lot of battles before, but something told her that would be her best class out of all of them. Her cousin was...
Psychic types. So Brian planned on becoming a specialist, huh? That seemed like a lot to plan before the first day even started. He'd have to think about all the things that could hurt Psychic and trying to build a team that could withstand anything, despite being so limited... Hana hardly...
