    @Possibilit Well, 1. @ManyAchievables said he wanted Oinkleaf as a standalone Pokémon, not a starter. It's your choice, though. 2. The fact that it's a dinosaur doesn't automatically make it a fossil. Meganium is based on a dinosaur and it's a starter.
