    Regarding this: There won't be any tournaments here involving specific Smogon tiers. They're just a pointless restriction tacked onto what ends up being a mundane tournament.

    You'd need to post the team that it's meant to be part of, movesets and all, but other than that it would be fine to do that. No-one can really tell you what to use unless they know what other Pokemon you wish to use it with.
