Welcome back to Pokécharms! We've recently launched a new site and upgraded forums, so there may be a few teething issues as everything settles in. Please see our Relaunch FAQs for more information.
That still leaves the matter of a creature genetically engineered to perfection against a group of -children-. Even assuming trainers starting their journey at the age of 10, that is still only 3-4 years of experience with training Pokemon and, most likely, a hell of a lot of immaturity that...
Considering Mewtwo's relative power level, there is literally no chance in hell that multiple mewtwo clones running around, lesser powered or not, will be allowed here, nor that a group of 13-year olds can stop them. I've seen the thread in question. <<
A few posts that made absolutely no sense (McLainNetGaming - this is an RP, not your personal fanfic, Do keep up with what is actually going on and drop the "find out next chapter" nonsense) and OOC blather (BlazinDelphox: Please do not engage in out of character conversations with random people...
Ahem.
Just a reminder. Posts should be third person, PAST tense. FurywolfMI: What you're doing here is posting in future tense, which is not only silly, it's also grammatically inaccurate. Don't do that.
Legendary appearances need to comply with the legendary in question's lore and from what we know of Marshadow... that is really not how it works. SO yeah, no.
I don't think there is one, no. I'm pretty sure the only place we have a character/word limit is profile messages due to... Xenforo shenanigans, really. >>
Just for the record: I appreciate the reports, but keep in mind the date of the posts you're reporting and whether or not the user who made the post is not already banned. Otherwise it's just clogging up the moderation queue.
Random reminder that adding a small location descriptor doesn't make your posts any less of a one-liner. PARAGRAPHS, PEOPLE. I'm not sure if you picked up this habit from the Warriors books or not, but end it. That is not how story-format RPing should work.
Also, Yippete's posts have been...
It doesn't really matter where it is - it's just this particular attitude about requests that kind of irks me (and quite a few other artists, tbh) and I felt the need to point out why it's kind of a bad attitude to have about them. Once again, Sorry for randomly barking at you about it. XD
Normally, warning points expire over time, so you can be moderated or even read only'd for a while, but eventually have your warning points expire and then you can come back and post as though nothing happened. However, we CAN set accounts permanently read only - in certain sections or globally...
crossing the 7 mark may (but doesn't always) set you as read only in certain parts of the forums (generally, whatever parts you've been causing trouble in) - and crossing the 10 mark places you at a read only state all over 'charms, which is for all practical purposes a ban.
Our warning system is based on a concept of warning points, which you get every time you are warned - and when you have enough of them, restrictions start showing up. 5 points and over places your account in moderation.
We used to have a three-strikes-and-you're-out system on previous incarnations of the forums - but not on this one. Things work a bit differently here - I'll explain in a second. ^^
It's actually a bit of a mish-mash. I made the frame for something else out of elements that are quite me-ish (plants, biometallic plating, crystals, vague bladey looks and quasi-runic markings) and wasn't quite sure what to put in - so I threw in my old Helix Blades picture and added some...
One-liners, posts in present tense, pure bio posts with no RP content... Did any of you bother to read the RP forum rules?
I didn't think so.
Thread locked.
Yeah, no.
This is not how you start an RP around here. The first thing you need to do - all of you - is read the RP forum rules. Right off the bat this is not how you start a thread. An RP thread needs to start with an actual, in-character post, not a vague interest check. That's what the...
