A wise old man once told me that he enjoys dining on fine tomato paste, or, as his sacred traditions called it, ‘ketchup.’

Actually, Weevil’s also better. Weevil’s actually a really great and clever duelist, but they threw in a bunch of lines in the dub to make him seem like a cheating loser.

Yeah, Joey’s great. I should clear up that Joey has been stated to be superior to Yugi and Kaiba at dueling, who are essentially the big bois of the game in the anime. Joey didn’t need to be rich or be the grandson of a card shop owner to become a great duelist. Hell, Joey almost beat Marik, the...

I mean, Rex’s strategy is essentially brute force (albeit that’s not a bad way to win), and he’s not good at acknowledging his opponent. After Espa was caught cheating, he did actually prove himself to be a good duelist without his fake ESP. Rex did also lose to Mai- I will admit that his loss...

@Shen: Ghost Gym Leader I was a bit confused about this earlier, but I didn’t ask because I was pretty sure it’d explain itself later on. Is this Rex possibly from an AU? Because he’s acting quite a bit like Joey Wheeler. I don’t have an issue with it, I’m just curious whether your portrayal of...

Dagda Forest Dagda’s search for answers had so far lead to nothing but disappointment- as pleased as he was to find trees, trees, and- oh, joy, more trees, he wanted actual results, so he had to extend his search further than the forest. If he’d wanted to be surrounded by bothersome wildlife for...

My post is going quicker than I thought, so I’d prefer for you to wait until my post is complete, I suppose, because I really don’t like the idea of rewriting my post to have characters acknowledge the spade xP

I mean, it’d cause the characters to meet quicker, so by all means. Do you mean before or after my post?

My post should be up by midnight, west coast time. Prepare yourselves for a lot of Dagda xP

Props to Comic for another long post that I’m gonna try, but inevitably fail to produce something better, lol

If we’re doing last minute claimings, I’ll throw in Calamity Ganon. ...Possibly. I might only include him in the sequel rp, but I’ll claim him now just in case I see a good opportunity.

In all honesty, I think Lancer and Susie’s best bet would be to be placed into the forest group (though if you do choose to do so, I’d appreciate it if you’d wait until Vegan meets Nanashi.)

...Wow. I certainly missed a lot, lol

    Private/Closed Fiction Crossover

I, for one, am totally fine with this, despite the fact that I’m biased since I have about three characters. I think nearly everyone else had complained at least once about the size of the current roster, and I know I’m new around these parts, but this will be good for character development...

Too many characters in general, haha.

Papyrus Wastelands “AHA! I TOLD YOU WE’D FIND A NEW HOUSE, SANS!” Papyrus exclaimed to a rock he’d drawn a goofy, Sans-like grin on. Papyrus stood in front of a second, taller rock. “LOOK AT THIS CRAFTSMANSHIP!” the tall skeleton grinned happily, but then frowned. “YOU KNOW, PLAYING PRETEND...

I was planning on waiting until Comic posted before I did, so I could have Javier and Gryphon’s actions open, but I don’t like waiting. I’ll post today, since no matter what I’ll have Papyrus and Noah ready to act.

Props to Burble for summing it up, since I was still partially confused on some parts since I joined this fairly recently :D Anyways, I’ve been playing around with song tunes and pitches lately. If anyone wants to send me a song (preferably via youtube link) I can make a remix for a character...

I agree, for the most part, but Noah probably wouldn’t play a very antagonistic role in this. In Yugioh’s ‘Virtual World’ arc, his reasons behind his evil behavior was to prove he was superior to Seto, and then he tried to work with Gozaburo so that he wouldn’t be alone in that crummy fake...

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. The thing about inserting new characters right now is that it comes down to what makes the most sense, and what wouldn’t overcrowd the existing groups.
