    Stel, I'm fairly sure Ralts has a higher encounter rate I think Ralts has 4% and Seedot 1%. But saying that the 1% Surskit in Sapphire gave me trouble as did the 1% Seedot in Emerald Also Black 2 gave me trouble finding a Mareep, found a load of Pidove, Riolu and Azurill but no Mareep took me...
