    If you have the shiny charm and a ditto you can use for masuda method it's pretty easy to get shinies to grind for IVs you want the destiny knot. And an everstone to pass down nature of the holder :) I did Shield in English and Sword in Spanish so I can easily get pokes for masuda method.
