    @Hecotoro, Think of it how Britain has a queen, but she is not the ruling body of the kingdom. The way it works is they come together as a joint Kingdom with Amra's parents being the wearer of the legendary Elven crown.

    @Hecotoro. The Elven Kingdom are split into two brought together by one crown. They rule over the two lands together and make laws that would benifet both. Think of it like how there are states in the U.S. and how they governed by the three branches of government.
