    Private/Closed Pokémon: Bronze and Iron {Discussion Thread}

    Ah, gotcha. Sorry, I just didn't want to miss an opportunity to drag in a bit more Greek mythology.

    Uh, the post that gave the base description for Hydreigon is the third one from your post describing the twelve labors. Just saying.

    It's alright, happens to everyone. And understood.

    I hate to bring this up after the regional variants were already posted, but I did mention a Poison/Dragon variant of the Hydreigon line based on the Lernean Hydra slain by Heracles a few posts ago.

    I think that's enough to start with, if we come up with anymore we can just add them to the dlc later. That's how Galarian Slowpoke came into the picture any way.

    Alright, how many confirmed variants do we have right now? @Charlotte Pryce @Blotch'd

    I also think Pyroar should be a regional variant. The Nemean lion that was slain by Heracles is invulnerable to weapon damage, hence why he strangled it to death, skinned it with it's own claws, and wore the skin in place of armor. With this in mind, I'm thinking a Fire/Steel type. Fire because...

    That reminds me, Mithosian Deino, Zweilous, and Hydreigon (Poison/Dragon type) probably more serpentine body structure, back legs are non-existent, visible fangs dripping with venom, Hydreigon has three real heads with it's hands turning into dummies. Technically, Perseus received the sword and...

    I was thinking about how the Pokemon more closely resembling Medusa is a Rock/Dragon type. You could say that the Honedge line in this region were supposedly forged by the gods in ancient times with the Fairy type representing the gods' power.

    Mithosian Ponyta and Rapidash (Water type) Appearance: same body plan as the originals, in place of flames are fishlike fins, the tail resembling a Vaporeon's. Inspiration: the Hippocampus, aka Water Horse As far as the Honedge line... What if it was Fairy/Steel or Ghost/Ground?

    Private/Closed Pokémon: Bronze and Iron {Discussion Thread}

    You know, it'd be interesting if the honedge line resembled Greek or Egyptian weaponry. You could say the fully evolved Aegislash looks like the sword and shield that Perseus used to slay Medusa. Just saying.
