    River started to wander away from the group. She saw other Pokemon and slightly fangirled as she watched them. Her eyes scanned over all of the trainers around to their pokemon. She fixed her hoodie before pulling the hood up.

    Why? Schools are often shut down because of funding problems, building problems, lack of students etc so it wouldn't be uncommon.
